This vodafone store is the most stand out store that I have ever been into! Marissa is the manager and always helps me no matter what the issue is! The other boys who work there always help me when she isn't there! If you are looking to get a new plan this is the only store to see, upstairs near the big w. Keep up the fantastic work guys! Thank you so much:)

Marissa was so helpful in helping me secure a pocket WiFi device to help me teach from
Home. Her communication was lovely and nothing was too hard for her! During this Covid lockdown she even brought the device and the eftpos pay machine out to the roof top car park of the shopping centre to allow me to pay. Honestly, such amazing service and I will definitely be coming back and asking for Marissa.

Called the shop and spoke with Marissa to discuss a plan. She put aside a modem for me as there were only 2 left. After a couple of further questions and a bit of discussion when we arrived in-store, we changed to a different but similar plan to give us a better result at home. Marissa was a breath of fresh air to deal with and it all worked when I got home - happy family!

I was served by your store manager Marissa last week and I was blown away by her service and bubbly personality. She made my decision process very easy and was not at all pushy. She knew exactly what she was talking about and explained process and deals to me really well. She is such a valuable team member and just wanted to provide some feedback. The store is usually busy so takes time to get service. Unfortunately my experience was not great and it boiled down to being told wrong information and conflicting information from staff to staff. As frustrating as it was I still got a great deal on two phones.
