So lovely! Etiene and Flo were so helpful and patient with us even though we didn’t have all our details ready to go and it was a busy store. They were so kind and were always trying to find ways to help us out with deals, etc. Great team!

Each and every customer that came in with technical help for their mobile phones was not turned away. They helped with patience and a smile. The after service is amazing. I spoke with a lovely, clever and helpful girl I think her name was Binesha (sorry if that’s wrong!). She really went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely go back for any phone matters!

I usually go to the other vodafone at the mall but not anymore! Etienne is a wonderful employee, vodafone should be proud! Etienne listened to my needs and made the purchasing of my new phone so easy. So refreshing to be so well looked after by a friendly, efficient and helpful person!

Etienne served me yesterday. He established number share between my galaxy watch and samsung galaxy phone. His service was exceptional and beyond his young years. I would recommend that store to anyone.

I came in 6mins before the close of business hours Binisha was still very accommodating with a delightful personality and is very knowledgeable about her work. Had a happy chat and got my new iPhone in under 5min. Great work-️Vodafone!

Cobie the Manger not only made offensive remarks but when I asked “are you able to help” her response was extremely childish and said “I don’t need too, if I don’t want too” I just lost my partner and did not need someone half the age of me being so disrespectful thinking she was “above” me and others because she was the manger of Warringah Store. She slammed the door and left the store unattended leaving myself along with other people walking past/customers feeling very SHOCKED. Can someone please teach her Customer service!

The transfer of contacts and the complimentary case were very much appreciated. I'm a long-term Vodafone client and have always found the service at the Warringah Mall store to be excellent.
