Vital First Aid Training Services RTO 90531

I really enjoyed today at my First Aid Course.
Jason was a great trainer who could and did answer any questions with a dose of humour which made everyone relaxed.
I would absolutely recommend Vital First Aid

Vital First Aid delivered first aid training to me when my son was a baby. I would definitely recommend their professional, easy to understand training courses

I could not recommend Vital First Aid training enough. The staff and trainers are very professional and also care for every individual's personal achievements. They go beyond to make sure you are trained and help and advice is always there. Do not go anywhere else, these guys are brilliant

Really Shonky service to say the least. Initially rang up about a first aid course for work.which the staff member i spoke to didn't have a clue
Kept telling them i need a HLT 003 accreditation to which shes replied "We don't do those course" A first aid training establishment that doesn't offer.basic senior first aid courses.

Sounds to me like she was trying to make excuses for not knowing what day it was nor how to do his/her job

I ended up phoning a place in Cardiff Newcastle that was only to happy to help.
Would strongly recommend that students retiring any sort of training look elsewhere first

Not sure id want to go out into the working world with the knowledge id been trained by someone who has that level of common sense

What a great organisation to run a first aid course. Having on road and qualified paramedics run the training and the hands on experience they give us is unbelievable.

Completed one training course with vital which was a requirement for my ongoing employment and I can safely say I learnt a very valuable lesson

Will never ever deal with them again.

Clearly these people are nothing more then self centred rude and unprofessional

I would not recommend Vital to any perspective student for any type of training when yr time and money can be better utilised somewhere else

This RTO is just crepe. I requested news papers to investigate their working and bring the truth in front of the public.

Excellent first aid course, very informative. Highly recommended. I've done several first aid courses/CPR updates in my time- all in North Queensland- but I'll be sticking with Vital here in Newwy.

I have come here for nearly a decade to get my training in first aid - what keeps bringing me back is the very cheap price, the high quality teaching and the efficiency of being able to squeeze it all into 6.5 hours - practical + theory.

The day is always engaging through personalized stories from the trainers too, this makes the time fly by.
