Incredibly positive experience. Ray was super super helpful, really open to questions and provides a general really positive vibe. Would 100% recommend the service to anybody looking for first aid training. I’d like to start a petition to promote Ray over Adrian.

Particularly great delivery - online portion provides really efficient and effective explanations and illustrations, whilst inhouse component had the benefit of an experienced firey as facilitator. Excellent customer service and quality delivery of First Aid course. The trainer is the best I never got someone like him in any first aid training, he is kind and explain everything in detail. I drove 40 mins only to do my first aid over their. I gave them 10 over 10.

I like that a requal for CPR can be done effectively & efficiently. 1 hour of on line precourse assessment & 1&1/2hours of fave to face.

I couldn't put my date of birth in as it kept coming up with a January 2023 calendar on prompt and I did not want to scroll all the way back to 1963 this will need to be fixed. So I called and the office was closed due to holidays so I booked somewhere else.
