A full day of intense learning guided by an excellent teacher. Really great to learn and refresh skills to help someone or people in need and maybe even save their life.

I enjoy completing my first aid courses with Vital First Aid. I have never had a bad instructor or a boring instructor in the years that I have used Vital First Aid (which is from the beginning). They are entertaining and fully cover all that you need to know. You do not feel pressured or anxious as they talk you through it all. I recommend Vital First Aid to anyone who is looking to do a first aid course.

Jason gave a very informative interesting presentation. He was most helpful assisting those of us who are not techno savvy on our phones.

Real life experience could help us understand the importance of first aid and look for the warning signs wherein the speaker shared us today.

The office is easy to find with plenty of parking and the instructors engage the class, they don't just rattle off facts and figures.

I attended a course today with my two teenage daughters. Dallas was our trainer and did an excellent job. He was very experienced and knowledgeable, making the information interesting and accessible for all of us. I found the day went quickly as the Course was so interesting.
Our Vital Educator was an ex Ambo named Dallas. I found Dallas communicated the Course with clear understanding & comprehension. Dallas included a wonderful use of mnemonics to help us remember important issues more effectively. I highly recommend Vital First Aid Training Services.

Went to Gosford today for the 1 day first aid course, and had a man who was teaching the class. Was actually the best day, and I learnt so much!
Normally I dread these types of days. As they are sooo long and can be sooo boring. But he was such a good communicator and had relatable stories to teach on each subject and was just overall so good.
