I know Phil personally and had the pleasure of being able to deal with him professionally too. The Upstate office gives you a bit of insight into the rest of their whole selling process – slick, efficient & incredibly polished.
Phil coordinated 2 private inspections (one after 6pm) and assisted both the vendor and I to come to an agreed price to sell before auction, all while keeping the tenants happy too.
Phil brings a very enjoyable, honest & down-to-earth style to being a real estate agent. He is 100% in the right career and has clearly mastered the fine line between keeping the process fun but also being a true professional.

Unprofessional real estate agent that was in charge of a property that my son had rented. The owner of the place didn't care that there was a problem with cocrohes and other insects and plumbing issues. The agent and the landlord both ignored the problems that they were aware of. Useless Real estate. Its is wrong for the way hes been treated unfairly for something that was not his fault or doing. The real estate agent and landlord should be ashamed of themselves! Blaming my Son for damages that were already there before my Son moved in! My poor son lost $3000 bond money horrible real estate!

Extremely unprofessional service from Tulo Sila. From putting a way lower price guide on the advertising to going sale agreed, Tulo had said he had authority to agree the deal. After we had agreed the sale price, arranged finance and contacted solicitors he sold to someone else. He cost us the sale of our assets, another day of house hunting and solicitors fees.
I am sending this to fair trading.
There is no good faith or ethical practices here.

I have recently purchased a property from Chris Aldren and Harry Pownall from Upstate at Dee Why. I could not recommend both Chris and Harry any higher.

From the first viewing to the signing of the contract I could not have found Chris any more helpful. He seemed to have a very good relationship with the vendors which made sorting out any issues a breeze. Chris was always at the end of the phone to help with any questions and I honestly don't think we would have been able to make this purchase without his help.
