I previously shared a five star review which I now unapologetically have to revoke. Disgusted furious and violated is how I feel after this real estate well knowing I was never contacted (due to an error on their own email server- which impacted many of their tenants) resulted in them happily wanting to charge me $180 for two knocks on my door I was never informed of EVER- by a fire agency tasked to do due diligence at the apartment block. How would you feel if you were never informed or received any notifications and you were being charged $180 for simply not being home? It is unethical, illegal a breach of the tenancy requirements and 100% not on any lack of responsibility or compliance on my part. Watch out- if they did this to me knowing I never received notice- what will they do to you, to screw you over for money? If you care about ethics, honesty, doing the right thing, you have nothing in common with these real estate- if you are out there wanting to screw the world to get ahead- well you just found solid gold- they will be your new best friends.
