UFC Gym Rockdale

Terrible customer service, employee gave me misinformation when I came in and now the gym refuses to cancel my contract and still wants more money from me, avoid like the plague.

Won’t get better than this gym in the whole of NSW Props to the owners and management for making it what it is. Love this place

10/10 Best gym i’ve ever been to, always clean, the people are great and you always feel welcomed. Lovely family environment, never too busy in the weights area and the classes are extremely motivational and helped me reach my weight goals.

Amazing gym, lovely staff, great value for money! Recommend to anyone who wants to get fit and make some amazing friends along the way!

EXCELLENT gym. I have no complaints. Love the staff - special thanks to JAMIE she was the best! Everyone is very helpful, the gym is always in the best condition it can be. Everyone treats it like their home and that says a lot about the lovely environment ️

Excellent gym. Treat you like family, highly recommend. It fits the need of any requirements whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, mma and skills.

I used to attend F45 thinking it was normal to pay over $60 a week for classes I came across this gym and i pay less than half of that and get to do as many classes as i want- boxing, HIIT (EXACTLY like i was doing at F45) jiu jitsu and i love the WRESTLING! Very welcoming for women of all different cultures especially when trying male dominant classes Everyone is there to enjoy it and get fit. In conclusion don’t ever pay over $60 a week when there is a gem like UFC rockdale just around the corner 10/10 for variety 10/10 for value for money and its always so clean thats a bonus

Shout out to the coaches. My wife has never been to a gym or participated in any group activities until we joined this gym. She was obviously nervous and extremely anxious about trying her first class. Coaches Noge and James noticed this on two seperate occasions and walked her through everything step by step. I’ve never seen her so excited to work out. It’s been 2 weeks and she’s improved so much thanks to the staff and coaches. I can’t thank everyone enough for being so inclusive and welcoming to beginners. You don’t see that very often.

Been going for a week and feel very welcomed by all the staff they are very amazing people, good energy and motivation inside the gym

This is a great gym it cost more than other gyms but you get a whole more I ended joining because my kid trains here you have a world renouned jiu jitsu trainer in Gustavo.

Best gym I've ever been and I have been going to gyms since I was 13 so in 23 years I've never seen something like that. I highly recommend. Place smells good, very clean, best machinery ever, everything is top quality and I absolutely love the staff! UFC ROCKDALE ROCKKKKKS! Doesn't matter your level they offer a huge range of options from beginners to advanced. Pretty awesome really! <3

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT UFC GYM ROCKDALE! The facilities are always clean and maintained, staff are friendly and welcoming, and classes are always amazing as the coaches put in 110%. I recommend this gym to everyone.

Love it more of a family atmosphere, Byron is growing in connection, confidence MIXED MARTIAL arts is a balance between been in submission, taught to self defence, with grambling, the older they get more serious the changellrs more serious the teens become tuning the eithrt a passion or all the way proffetional sport, Byron done football since 5 got board it's daily more active kids also as a parent you can train as the do their class

This is the WORST GYM I’ve ever been too. I’ve payed for a year membership not enjoying the class I wanted to end my membership, but they Refused to give my money back. I was a Member for 3 months and know this was not a gym for me, they have No Ethics don’t join this gym, I’ve been a member at a lot of gym. And never had to deal with this kind of behaviour, and it’s not even in my contact that I can’t get a refund, but they still don’t care, not worth the headache, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM, they not in the Industry to help people, they are GREEDY!

Clean gym, friendly staff, and excellent equipment. Not too busy in the evenings like other gyms, so no waiting time for a machine.

Went to this gym to enquire about membership and have a tour, most lazy staff I've ever come across, the women didn't pay any attention to what I was looking for and didn't answer my questions at all.women staff were VERY intimidating and didn't care about the gym at all.will definitely be taking my money else where along with the family I intended on signing up with.do not go here.
