Fantastic gym, it's clean and the equipment is the best I've trained with. It's high quality equipment & all very new, updated with new machines 2 to 3 month's. Staff are helpfull & polite. Happy members great vibe.

Ran by very friendly staff, Never a dull moment when I come in the gym, am always greeted by the workers and the facilities are amazing, Highly recommend everyone to sign up here.

Great gym, staff and facilities. The only downside is the timetable. There's no consistency and most of mma and skills based classes are too late in the evening.

UFC ROCKDALE! I am so glad I stumbled into this place. I have tried so many gyms and the cheaper ones tend to lack facilities, classes or they're dirty. Very expensive ones have been in inconvenient locations. This place is my second home, if you're close by, this place is pristine, offers a huge variety of classes and all gym equipmentyou can think of. The staff are friendly and helpful, motivating and there are world class fighting trainers working daily. I love the atmosphere and it is a great price for everything they include. I highly suggest visiting whether you are training for fighting, wanting great classes, weights, cardio, HIIT, or just looking to do your own fitness. Plenty of parking too if you don't live walking distance.

Simply amazing. Old school type of equipment but still very modern. TOP Hygiene level. I felt like a child at the most amazing playground.

I went in to cancel my membership filled out all forms and was told I would stop being charged two weeks from that date but I was still charged and my membership was never cancelled and $300 was taken from me be careful of these scums don’t let this happen to you

Best place and best staff. Everyone is like family and easy to make new friends. Training is amazing, facilities are state of the art. This place is my home and im not going anywhere, I simply love UFC Rockdale.

Great staff, I attended the beginner mma class taught by Ronato. He's very good, very calm, easy to follow. Great workout and good to learn self defense

One of the best Gyms that I have ever been too. It caters for all my needs being martial arts and pumping weights.

Great facility, very clean, spacious and organised. The people are very friendly and kind. We got showed around by Dani, she was absolutely lovely. We signed up for a membership and we're very eager to train.

Loving the D. U. T clases with Margarita! She is bomb! Motivational and really cares about the people she trains! Just the right coach for me! Been to other gyms where you just get yelled at and its just too intimidating!

I’ve been to three Gyms in the Area and this is the best one for me by far, The Boxing Classes with Renata and the DUT classes are motivating and always different.

The worsted experience at this gym! The customer service is not resolving anything, it always has the reason, the customers always loose. The cases are not analysed according with the customer's issues.
Definitely, I never will come back to use it services!

Worst gym hall in Rockdale. No customer service at all. They do not care about anything but money.went for a day trail and it was worse

I love family vibe and the clean standard stay fresh from day one. Pretty helpful and very professional coaching. Highly recommended it.

Great equip, atmosphere and coaches, only 4 star because unfortunately the manager at reception (she call herself manager) dealt with mine wife very rudely and uncalled for.perfect other than this incident

This gym is fantastic! Family friendly environment, the staff and attendees are so welcoming and the space and equipment are always in pristine condition. The staff are also very helpful in helping achieve my goals. Could not recommend more. Special mention to Jamie for helping me settle in comfortably.

This gym keeps debiting my account even though I cancelled over a month ago, can someone handle this? Really not impressed guys.
