I get both my Subaru's serviced at Trivett Subaru Parramatta ever since I got them. The service has been always great.
The service changes from the last time I did my service here. They only do the regular maintenance schedule, nothing more. Unlike before. Even I asked them for a simple ceiling pin replacement for holding the loose ceiling felt cover or even checking my satnav maps not updating.
Also, in my previous service, they provided me with fuel additives, this time theres none.
And lastly, they normally ckean or water spray the car exterior, and guess what, not anymore.
I'm very dissapointed, I will look for another service centre next time
Serviced last Friday and found out the engine oil cap wasn't covered. The cap was left on the engine after investigating warning sign of low engine oil 6 days after service. Terrible service as we have to wait for more than 6 hours for our car being serviced. Now the trouble having to drive back again for servicing.

Me and my husband are both Subaru owners, he has a Forester and I have the Outback!
But our family grew bigger, thus needed a bigger car, wished Subaru has one. We got one from Toyota can’t compare the service to Trivett Subaru.
The service staff was really pleasant and accomodating, fast but nit rushing each customer. Very efficient. Had my wipers changed.
So after the service, my car is running smooth, and fast!
We moved further away, its about 40mins drive. But we are a customer since 2015!

I had my Forester serviced last week. Is there any reason that you filled extra 30mm engine oil above the maximum oil level? I believe the manufacture has reasons to give us min and max level guide of engine oil. If you can explain why 30mm oil can do any good for the car. I will change it to 5 star.
