51Took my XV in for mandatory recalls. Great customer service and a quick process, organised a complimentary uber to assist in dropping off my car and collecting it again.
Excellent staff and service throughout all my log book services since last 5 years. Toni and Gail have excellent customer service.
One of the best parts departments I've dealt with recently. Adrian was very efficient and secured the components I was after very promptly.
I used them and there service was fantastic. Tony and Dave where super knowledgeable and friendly. I will not be getting my services be anyone else!
All staff are very friendly and my last service with Harry was fantastic. By the time I got to work, I had a review of what service I was getting and what was needed. Car was ready at time requested. Harry then explained what was done. Have had my subaru for 3 years and services has always been excellent.
I have always gone to parramatta for my service and decided to get the new 2022 BRZ. Was inquiring about some accessories and was promised a discount and even gave me a price. I thought about it and called back after a few weeks and was told there isnt any discount on those, disappointing. Im taking my business elsewhere

Toni Kanno was competent, friendly and very organised. He even remembered the car and my dad from the last service.
Overall, I would certainly been recommending Trivett Subaru Parramatta and will continue to have my serving completed here.
Friendly customer service. Excellent detailed explanation on the car service. A bit of a wait in line initially.give yourself a little extra time at drop off. Otherwise great!
Just had my 2021 WRX STI serviced. Great customer service and very friendly team. Toni was excellent, great communication and transparency throughout the service. After the service Toni went thru the list of the services that was done to the car explaining and answering all the questions that I had. Great and smooth experience overall.
Outstanding customer service by Tony, Gail and Scott and all the staff in Service Department. Very professional, friendly and honest care for the vehicle and the customer. They are the reason we continue to return each time as they genuinely care and do a great job. Very much appreciated.

I must say thanks to the staffs in this service section. They are able to explain clearly what will be carried out and time of completion. All done on time.
Excellent Customer service by the manger Tony. Having owned an older XV. Tony guided me to pick the right model XV for my wife. Due to covid the salesman was unable to go through the car when delivered. Tony helped me learn a few tricks with the XV and even was happy to go for a little drive to show me the AVH feature. Great service as always!
Great service all round by a really competent team. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. And my car got a much needed wash.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to please include Skim Milk in your fridge.)
I have serviced my vehicle here for 3 years now every time service and professional experience is falling down to new low if I can will give minus stars I would. Next time I upgrade my car it will not be Subaru for sure after their service experience.
Have been raising noice in AC for sometime no resolution every time they change my filter and stick me a bill although problem never solved
Got a letter on recall of ac condenser now after 3 years which was the problem so seems no one tried finding root cause in in first place just ripping money from customers
This centre does advertise promotions if you service with them and when you ask for deals to get told you have to mention it at time of booking which is rubbish and false advertising
Left my car last week for recall service at time of drop was told will be done by 12 and can be picked before 4 pm which is when Center closes.
They decide to close at 12 and call me at 11 to pick up asap I had prior appointments at other end of the city which was such a stress thanks to these guys had to rush through my prior commitments from one end to another to find my car left out and centre closed. No details shared on service done except for the paper left in which ironically said I was called n explained again rubbish.
Rude staff and poor experience was my last time to service at this centre for sure
This was my first time using Trivett Subaru Parramatta and I was very happy with the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff.
I had the good fortune to call Subaru last Friday and spoke to Tyrone and organised to do a test drive of an XV on Saturday morning. We decided there and then that we wanted to buy one of those and for various reasons we wanted to get it as quickly as possible. Tyrone pulled out all the stops to find us a car in the colour we wanted, he kept in touch with us all week to keep us up to date with the progress and we took delivery of the car yesterday. 7 days from start to finish was exceptional service, we were extremely impressed with Tyrone’s professionalism and cannot thank him enough for what he did for us.

Fantastic service experience from booking on day 1.
Constant reminders send (not a bad thing over Christmas break as we tend to forget!).
Showed up and ask if I could wait & collect due to COVID situation and not wanting to travel on public transport. Done in just over 2 hours!
Additional repairs (wipers $$ were a bit over the top) were surprisingly transparent as an online itemised tick box form including photos!
The counter service (apologies for not getting your name) was super friendly and accommodating.
Only comment, would be nice to have some other types refreshment other than coffee machine and water B-).
