Trivett Subaru Parramatta (Service)

Excellent customer service - my special thanks to Dave and Gail, who accommodated me at a very short notice today. But for their support and assistance, I would have had to cancel my plan for inter-state travel. Thanks once again to both and to Trivett Subaru for such excellent service and for having very understanding, courteous and helpful staff.

I have always got my Forester XT serviced at Trivett Subaru Parramatta, and am very happy with their services. They are a great bunch of professionals and always go more and beyond in maintaining and servicing my vehicle, even if that’s for issues outside of service schedules. I have 2 Subaru's and until now have had they both serviced at a Dealership closer to my home. This was the first time I had used Trivett Subaru Service. I personally have been in the motor industry for 30 plus years in many areas, This is the most professional and pleasing service department I have visited and used in many years Scott is the manager and Tony is the service advisor who looked after me. The work was completed earlier than expected and all done perfectly and even a small present which was most unexpected, I asked about the cost of the present and was told no cost we do it for everybody.
The cost of having the vehicle serviced was less the the Dealership I having been using for many years and twice as good. This is my new Dealership service Department for all my vehicles.
I would highly recommend these boys to everybody that is car proud and wants the best service.

Everything and everyone were great. Gail who’s been there for years is amazing; as was Tony when I arrived. Quick painless, efficient & caring…. They also arrange Ubers for you…. It’s first class. When will retail catch up to this?

The service centre is dedicated so they seem to be optimised even more than a regular service associated with a sales yard.

I started servicing my vehicle at Trivett Subaru Parramatta after I bought the Subaru Car in 2017 from Trivett. It was really great customer service every time and staff are very friendly and explain the service job in detail. After the service, I found car runs smoothly compared to before and gives more power. Also, this service provides piece of mind while driving the car on busy Syndey roads. Overall, great service by Trivett Subaru Parramatta team.

WRX 2018 Manual, my starter motor failed 15/12/22, I took my chances and contacted Toni K from Trivett Subaru Parramatta Service he said to bring it and will see what he can do and was able to accommodate to help me out and got the car fix 16/12/22. Outstanding service as usual. Thank you! …

Very pricey for a 2nd year log-book service. Other manufacturers such as Toyota have a much better pricing for servicing vehicles under warranty. Truly disappointed, this time.

I must say thanks to the staffs in this service section. They are able to explain clearly what will be carried out and time of completion. All done on time. Excellent service which I would like to recommend.

Had a great experience at Subaru Service Centre Parramatta. Booking appointment was very easy and smooth. The appointment itself was a great experience. I want to thank especially one oarticular staff *GAIL STOFFBERG SHE IS THE BEST* no one can beat her customer service. We had service appointments and windscreen repair and had some issues with wind screen repar but she went above and beyond and helped us out. They made us feel really welcomed and informed. Very professional, always had smile and polite. Would recommend them highly recommend

I gave another chance to do my car regular checkup in this service centre. Unlike the last time I visited them, now the service is much better. Not only that, the staff were very accomodating. Even the cost are bit on the high side. Its worth it to do your car service in a reputable Subaru Centre, that will provide you original parts and professional works.

Car had a locking issue. They promptly ordered the part. It was fixed on the appointment day within a hour.

Very disappointed with the customer service.never had a good experience my last vist I had to wait two day to get my car back from a scheduled service.

Will not recommend trivitt subaru and will not be going back.

I am without my vehicle for past 14 days and still unable to find issue in my car. Advised that my car needs 4 to 5 weeks to fix, this is approximate! And before that they charged for general service.if anyone own Subaru car more 150000km + get rid of this car, even service experts don't know what they are doing.most parts are expensive and lot of defects. Initially I was charge for general service, without even rectifying what is real cause of the car.total rip off.

VERY TERRIBLE NOT BOTHERED TO GIVE ANY UPDATE.good part is arranging drop and pick up via Uber and parts recall.
