Diwak is an absolute legend. I have been battling with Optus, Telstra, and private Telco’s for 4 months with nothing but roads to nowhere. I explained that I needed my hand held because I don’t understand the system or technology, I was left hanging in no mans land. Diwak from Trikon arrived on site, explained everything in terms I could understand, and provided a complete solution that was rolled out in one week.
