Worst company ever, weekly drama internet down every day and today the phone line down aswel so we have lost a day off work and boss send us home and for sure no pay today thanks trikon Corona lockdown then you really angry and this company is a nightmare they won’t even cancel the contract so if u sing with them you stuck for few years with bad service what a joke

Excellent company with fantastic staff. My experience with trikon has been exceptional, I would also like to give special mention to Sam. He called me through every status of the install and even went above and beyond with follow up calls after the date of install, We had some issues but the team where quick to fix all issues.

Thanks Trikon for a quick and responsive service to move me over from my previous service provider. Steve, Nick and the team have been really good and the timelines promised in connecting were good. Looking forward being a customer into the future.

Update - Had a internet issue as NBN went offline and it was very quickly resolved (within an hour) by Isha and the technical team. Some of the best service I have had in a long time.

The salesman promised there would be no interruption to our service but we ended up loosing internet & phone without warning for several days. The install technician Mayur went to great lengths to fix it & deserves a medal. I think there needs to some better co-ordination of the provisioning/porting over to prevent the loss of connection we did.

Trikon employees are always professional, polite, helpful in their dealings with customers and are generally helpful. Unfortunately, the TRIKON company itself is an inefficient beast. With TRIKON, customer service response and rapid resolution of issues is abysmal. TRIKON are always happy to spruik or upgrade your contract, but as soon as you request assistance with an issue. Silence. It is really hard to get someone to call you back, and no-one is ever available when you contact them. Generally quite dissatisfied with the TRIKON experience and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone wanting a reliable, proactive telecommunications service.
