Love Trikon for below reasons.
1. Onboarding team connected it pretty quickly with clear Terms
2. Tech Support team (Adam) do follow up if any Technical issues.
3. Aarya from CSM helps Customer problems resolving, customer Retention. Aarya is great Customer Service Manager without any doubt.

Asked to have my number diverted 5 days ago, initially told 24 hours still waiting and I'm apparently being charged $60 for each line to be transferred. My 60 month contract has ended.

I would NOT trust these people with your business. They had someone forge my signature and a adjustment to my contract.when I Complained they told me they had a voice recording of me agreeing to the new terms but to this day cannot provide the recording.they told me it was mandatory in their procedures to call a customer the day after signing a contract to confirm and now are saying they choose whether or not to confirm with a client. I have exhausted all avenues and am now with the TIO to sort this out.telephones stop working on a weekly basis, customer advise me they call the number and nothing constantly.have to reset at least 2 handsets every week as they stop working.this company is nothing but a FRAUD and will ruin your business not, help it. STAY AWAY!

I have spoken to many internet technicians over the years regarding support, advice and services on an extensive range of issues that have risen from dealings with the internet and Trikon Australia and their staff especially a team member Kevin will never be surpassed in quickly understanding my issues and efficiently solving my problems with a minimum of fuss, that reflects great knowledge and the willingness to please which is very hard to find now days.

I rang the Accounts Dept and Aarya in the Dept was a great Job and listened to Me with my Concerns and disappointment
Aarya got the Job Done and made sure that the Account was closed and confirmed to Me that the Job was completely

Mayur was here exactly on time. He was extremely helpful in completing his mission of setting up a printer/fax/'phone system. He is adept at whatever he wishes to do as evidenced by his experienced handling of my setup. He finally taught me how to use the facility. He even attempted to fix another gadget which was on the table and because it was lacking some essential feature he succinctly advised me how to have it fixed. He was efficient in what he came to do. I am exceedingly happy with his work especially as he advised me on how to access further usable supplies. Now, How can I not give him 200% for efficiency and helpfulness. I can see that he has embarked on a happy and fruitful career. I wish him ALL the best in his endeavors.
