They are a good bunch of people there. I'll say they have the common touch and they work hard (possibly a bit too hard imho).

I went through Tracy Yap Realty to get my current apartment. Whole process went smoothly and surprised me with how quickly things moved ahead. Credit to my agent Kitty Lo, who always made sure to keep me up to date throughout. She was also a great mediator between my landlord and I, any issues were transmitted quickly and she gave good pointers to my on how to resolve them.

I would like to make a special mentioning of Jacqueline Au, my agent. Jacqueline is a very professional, competent, caring, loving, efficient and diligent agent. She puts my mind at ease because I know that she has always been doing her best in managing my property and looking after my tenants. She has always responded to my emails and phone messages promptly. I am very please to have her as my agent and very grateful for her great work! Juliet Chen is the best local agent to go with.
We were ready to sell our family home so I had 4 local Carlingford agents out and was ready to make a decision on which one but I noticed 1 or 2 of Juliet's Sold stickers near our home so I decided to get her out to see what she could offer. After interviewing Juliet, she was very professional and friendly, had proven local recent sales results and the detailed market knowledge she dislayed was outstanding (about buyers, sales and trends). I never thought I would choose an agent not based in my local area of Carlingford but the result Juliet delivered for us was absolutely outstanding. She got more than any other agent had said they could or would and achieved a sale price that was over our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Juliet to anyone thinking of selling. I rent an apartment with the help of Kitty in 2019 and spent a joyful period of time in that. I need to say that Kitty is a very professional agent and she has always been supportive and willing to offer suggestions and carry out communication anytime when issues occur. The 14 months at this apartment will become a treasurable memory thanks to Kitty:)

This company is shocking. My partner and I have had a leaking roof in multiple rooms for almost 3 months now and Tracy Yap are the managing company for our property in conjunction with Body Corporate Services.

The leak is still going with no help or assistance from Tracy Yap. They are hard to get in contact with, let alone hard to do business with. They don't communicate with their tenants and frankly, they shouldn't be allowed this leniancy with urgent matters such as a leaking roof.

As a side note, when the leak initially started, the spot was directly above where we had our TV placed. Luckily we were able to move it before any permanent damage ocurred.

We are extremely disappointed with this company and we recommend staying away from the property if you can as I would not want anyone else to experience what we are going through due to BCS and Tracy Yap not doing their jobs and not providing assistance to their tenants.

Highly recommended.
We knew our expectations were higher than what realistically we could get. Needed to money to buy on a dearer suburb closer to the city. Tracy's team worked extremely hard till we achieved what we wanted. It was a very high call but they did it. They delivered. Cassie was our day to day contact and she was the driving force, she is fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, always ready to help us and the buyers. In summary we had a very professional agent with tremendous knowledge of the area and with the nicest human approach. That is the reason for the title.

Lawrence understands the local market well.
It was a pleasure to work with Lawrence. He is very efficient, got the property on the market with in few days and had a buyer by the end of the week. Unfortunately that sale fell through but he had a another buyer the very same day at the same price. I was extremely happy with the price which was 90K over the estimate from another agent who also told me it wasn’t a good time to sell and should wait 6mths.
Lawrence was adamant he could sell it quickly and he delivered on his promise.
Absolutely recommend Lawrence to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.
