Thoroughly͏ professional and a pleasure to deal with! We͏ entrusted Daisy Lin of Tracy Yap Realty, Epping, with the sale of my parents' house. Initially choosing an agent can be a daunting exercise. Daisy's professionalism and dedication to her role quickly became evident in the way she frequently communicated with us and ran a successful marketing campaign. We cannot thank her enough for her efforts and the wonderful result at auction. Daisy and her team are highly recommended.

My family went and since walk-in appointment were trying to call at 10: 07 am (inspection slot 10-10: 15am) and agent doesn’t pick giving reply after 10: 15am that 10-15 people were there hence couldn’t manage to take calls.

On top of that it was posted 620$ pw and in few hours changed to 650pw same day when it was posted first.

Very very unprofessional experience with the team and this is another example of how rental markets are floated n hiked.
