I have a great experience with Felix Chen as the property manager. He is friendly and good customer service. He listened and try his best to assist us addressing any issues. He is very dedicated person.

Unfortunately their service has gotten worse over the past 10 years.
We have been a customer since 2008 and our first and second properties were purchased through Tracy Yap, since 2010 we have been using their service for our rental management. Being a loyal customer for over ten years, we feel the service has got worse recent years, especially when we just found out today our property manager has left but we didn't get a notice informing us the change of manager and also our current lease expired in July but we still haven't heard anything after 3 months. All our other property agencies have always kept us informed of lease expiry and been on top of rent increase or renewal. I just checked today that most 2 bedrooms units in Eastwood is renting at an average price of $500 and our 2 bedrooms unit (renovated 1.5 years ago) was only rented at $370. I don't know what is going on with the company but was very disappointed after 10 years of doing business with them. I called today but most managers were out or on leave and I was given a number to call but no one has gotten back to me.

Really been a pleasure to get help from Stanley and Jane in the past couple of months with different aspects of property matters. They're awesome!

I have rented off her for more than 2 years. She was at all times very professional & polite.

I rarely write a review, however, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from the property management department at Tracy Yap Realty. No response to messages and no indication of whether my application had been approved or not before property of interest had been advertised as deposit taken.

No one in the main office could give me any information. After escalating my request, I received a very basic text saying that 'if I didn't call you, you're not approved'

To be clear, I understand that not all applications can be approved. The lack of customer service and communication is the real concern here.

Any agent can sell in a strong market. Max is your strong agent in a slow market.
I met Max while assisting with renovations of my friend's villa a few years ago. We interviewed a number of selling agents together and decided to select Max Pracy from Tracy Yap Real Estate. Max seemed like a genuine guy with terrific market knowledge as he had been in the industry for over 30 years, so I decided to employ Max a few years later for the sale of my apartment. I have not regretted that decision. Due to the current market downturn, Max really had to employ all the skills and knowledge he had acquired over that 30 years. Max used a variety of marketing strategies, including both local and overseas advertising, plus his very large data base, that was able to generate many enquiries and leads. The ability to communicate are important skills for any agent and Max has that in spades. He was in contact with me throughout the whole sale process, including after every open house. He provided comprehensive weekly reports, kept in contact via emails, messages and phone calls and always responded to mine. Max also went above and beyond to assist me in other related areas that did not directly involve him as the selling agent, because he appreciated the fact that the whole process was stressful and unfamiliar to me. Max was not "just an agent" but a friend to me, who was by my side the whole time. If you are looking for an agent you can rely on and trust, then I would highly recommend giving Max an opportunity to sell your place. You will not regret it.

Very Professional and friendly service
I was lucky to have Fiona Lee as my Agent when selling my property at 3/13 Lucinda Road, Marsfield. Throughout the campaign Fiona provided me with very professional and friendly service and kept me informed with the feedback from the open houses she conducted. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years, market rent for my investment property went up from $400 to $600 6 mth ago

The agent Jane never notified me of this. I had to ask them about it myself, they said they will take care of it.after 3 months I’m still only getting paid $400.

When I raised this- Jane starts fumbling, first she started quoting irrelevant property laws and then she told me she will consult with her colleagues.

Basically has no clue what she is talking about while still manages to be rude and condescending.

0/10 professionalism.
