Luckily I only ordered drill bits. The case arrived smashed. The other bit's packet was torn. They were sent in a padded bag with the cheapest and one of if not the worst courier in Australia, Couriers Please.

Always look after us, understand our budget and don't try to up-sell unless it works out as better value.

I have been dealing with Total for years at Taren Point. I have bought top the range Sidcrome tool box and many hand tools. By far Frank was the best price on Sidchrome. I returned a Milwaukee ratchet that i did not buy from there and was repaired under warranty quickly. Before i go in there i know what i want and if not i look for the specials then talk to the staff preferably some one who remembers me. And i also own a mechanical shop in Mascot and i still travel to Taren Point.

These guys certainly live up to their name, "Total TOOLS".
I had the same problems as the other guys who posted their experience returning faulty / broken goods, l got the exact same rude arrogance when l took back a poorly manufactured product. I had to put the pressure on the inexperienced manager for an exchange of goods that we're clearly poorly manufactured and broke when i attempted to assemble.
They reluctantly gave me an exchange and i wont be back ever due to his inference that i was at fault the item broke.
Where are your customer service skills?
I spent over $1000 and had intentions of moving all my business here.
After experiencing the rudeness i will never be back.

Disgusting customer service

The most arrogant unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.rude staff and have zero product knowledge. Avoid giving these people your money at all costs. Their prices are generally dearer from other stores anyway.

Dont bother returning faulty products. Basic consumer rights dont apply here. Return policy, what's that? Bloody rude and ruthless. You buy, good bye. I'll never shop there again, not will anyone I know if I can help it.
