Total Tools Taren Point

Have been a few times, not really impressed with customer service. Had to order a tool that was out of stock on shelf. I had to pay for them upfront which was no issue but didn’t want to wait a month. When I asked was told “nah mate just a few days”. One month later if having to chase it’s available. Will probably stick with the boys down the road at Sydney tools

Absolutely legends. Last year Kristian gave me the best deals ever on the tax time savings, one of my items was a special order, due covid took ages to get to the store, I went there 3 months latter, didn't say a word and he goes " hey Rodrigo how are you, sorry mate you item still not here" I don't know how he reminded my name that long later but this just shows HOW GOOD they are with their customer services. This year, went there again for the tax time spend, Tom helped me with the best options I could have, gave me the best advices in how to spend better and which tools I could and should get. Had to come back there today to do a swap and as always NO DRAMAS at all, they are absolutely legends, always helpful, always friendly and always get stuff done for you with the best price.

Disgusting attitude from the staff, they need a lesson in customer service. I will never shop here again.

Make sure you get what you ordered and what's on website not old stock Have got a lot of stuff from total tools PENRITH over the years and got what I ORDERED.my sons. And son Inlaws go to penrith.but will never get from total tools TAREN POINT won't get
Anything again should have got what I ordered not one that cig said could be two to three years old anyway.should have gone to PENRITH STORE.anyway such is life.

Great Customer Service from Liam. So helpful and so understanding. Helped with the receipts for tax purposes. Due to COVID-19 stock was low but still a very well kitted for what was available.

Just thought I would warn potential customers reading this review about an incident I witnessed yesterday morning involving a staff member (hard to miss as he was driving a Total Tools van). I had just walked past the car park entrance and there was a concrete truck parked nearby.

A rather fat, grey-haired man verbally assaulted the workers especially one who appeared to be a (female) traffic controller. I didn't hear what he said but at some point, he aggressively drove his van (license plate CI16DF) past the traffic controller, almost hitting her, and seemed to find it easier to yell at her in particular, while another female was trying to intervene.
I was appalled by such an aggressive behavior and after he went into the store, I approached the TC and offered to call the police but she was quite calm and shrugged it off "It's not worth it".
I don't know if that individual was an employee or a manager or the owner but if that's how he behaves in customer service, it must be quite a show.

Received a faulty Bosch drill after I ordered it through their website. Went to Taren Point store to get it replaced and the guy in there was super friendly and helped me out immediately. Great customer support, keep it up guys

Great friendly staff. I went into the store to look for a product and was given expert advice on all the different options. I phoned them three times the same day with more questions and each time was given great patient service. Finally bought the item the next day. Thank you.
