The team is always happy to help and steer you to where you need to go and what's best for you. They go above and beyond in the service of trade and professional individuals. They are all extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable staff and aren't afraid to bust out a joke or two and have a laugh.
I especially would like to thank Chad for his outstanding service and diligence at helping me find a tool set up that not only met but exceeded my needs and expectations.

Total tools Taren point by far the best shop to grab all your tools. On entry was welcomed straight away asked if I needed help with anything and staff pointed me in the right direction. Super friendly staff that looked like they enjoyed being there. To top it off Chad put through my tools, he was up for a conversation and super friendly which is hard to come by these days in other trade stores. All in all great experience I'll be comming back for sure.

Really good tool store with staff who are happy to help answer any questions you may have and show you options for your tool needs. I've been coming here on and off for years but recently moved all of our tool purchases business over to them as their service is exceptional. Leaps and bounds ahead of Sydney tools. I really can't disagree more with the people who has left negative reviews. Our experience has always been fantastic and have found the guys to be very helpful if there is any sort of issue with a tool. I would honestly say this is the best tool shop in Sydney that I know. 10 years on and still going there. Thanks Tom and team

Purchased my first set of tools from this exact store almost a decade ago, they are directly on my commute home from work. I recently experienced the worst customer service from a worker named Sam.

Within moments of entering the store and approaching Sam, he was rude, condescending, arrogant. Sam made statements about how I should know things, that they're clearly stated on the signs while gesturing at a BLANK wall.

Sam refused to answer questions or give me any information other than to reinforce the point that I should already be aware.

I exited the store, crossed the road and spent my money at their competitor. One of several competitors that are located in the same suburb.

Total tools may not miss my money but I will certainly not miss them.

Would like to commend Peter Adam and Tom for their professional caring service.
We were in great hands.

Been purchasing off Total Tools online several times and the service has been really good. They provided relevant information regarding the order status and expedited shipping.
I am grateful for the notes left on the packaging the helped with unpacking, that was very considerate of them. Goes to show the attention and care they have for their customers.

Purchase Makita Cordless 18V 161psi Tyre Inflator and 2 X Makita18V 6amp/hr Batteries.
After trying several other large local Tool Suppliers - with stock and no firm delivery date, I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Total Tools Caringbah, have the items I was after in stock but their prices were exactly the same as the competitors who were advertising these same Makita items on special yet had none in stock! Thanks also to Allan for great customer service and going above and beyond to make sure I got my Makita goods pronto!

Ordered some gear only, went to pick up and half my order was made up, it was very busy, but the staff made sure I had my order before leaving, great service well beyond some other similar competitors.

I rarely write reviews because good service is what we should all expect. That being said, I have never stopped being delighted every time that Tom, Scott, Allan and the team at Total Tools Taren Point support and guide a purchase of mine. Their service is actually what made me switch from other big name tool stores. They are never too busy for your questions and go out of the way to make sure you are buying the right tool for your job and importantly your budget. Keep it up team - you deserve this recognition!

I have shopped here on many occasions, staff are always helpful and have good knowledge on the tools they sell.

The team here went above and beyond to identify the tool I was describing, then they sourced the tool and had it delivered from interstate.

The item arrived with a few days.

All other hardware shops were not bothered to assist with my particular request for the tool.

The team at Total Tools, Taren Point also assisted me a few months later when I had to remove some parts of my pasta machine.

The team at Total Tools are always informative, patient, and solve problems together really well.
