This family rips off customers and goes running.
Defects everywhere.

The fake five star reviews on here are appalling. Trust me, their buildings are NOT SAFE and are full of DEFECTS. They are con artists. Listen to the other one star reviews! If you do an in depth research into Toplace, you will realise the have a terrible track record! Please do not fall into the same trap others have fallen into!

Can happily say that I know some contractors that do work for the company and have never had a problem with them.

Bought property from them 2 years ago. Excellent design, excellent build quality, excellent price, excellent services, excellent communications, excellent experience of buying our first ever home.

The guy was very helpful and patient. Gave us a detailed tour of the place, answered all questions to our satisfaction, replied all emails within a minute. I would recommend him too all those who are looking to purchase a home.

Your buildings should speak for itself and in the case of Castle Hill, it says that you are a bad and dodgy developer. I question all of the 5 star ratings. Do the right thing and fix your mistakes.

Worst Experience Ever!
Have settled over 7 months ago with poor workmanship and communication.
The word professional is missing from their vocabulary.

We like to appreciate your defect maintenance team, Peter and Norman, whom have been of great help in handling our unit, A610, A710, A810, A409 and A1010 defects since we moved in atmosphere. Their prompt attention to our request gave us much comfort and confidence with Toplace. They are polite and patience in looking details to each issue that we have. Thank you for having such good staff like them.

We currently live in the Castle Hill Atmosphere Building developed by Toplace, and we absolutely love it! The buildings are absolutely beautiful, and the inside of the apartment we are living in is stunning. Top place have built high quality apartments in this building, and all our friends are envious that we live in such a great building. The location of the Toplace Atmosphere building is one of the best parts about living here. The views over Castle Hill from our apartment, the beautiful courtyard in between the buildings, and the convenience of being in close proximity to shops makes this an ideal place to live. We literally have had no issues since we moved in and the building staff have been very helpful and extremely friendly. Thanks Toplace for building a great place to live!

Like many of the reviewers here I would also like to give it negative stars if I could. And yes, before you copy and paste your response about having sold over 30,0000 apartments (please get your commas right) and to email customer care.reply and acknowledge emails many have already sent.
Please stop paying your friends to leave 5 star reviews because no one has had a 1 star experience.

I am proud of living at Atmosphere apartment. Whenever I wake up in the morning, sky view makes me happy and relaxing. I have some property. When I evaluate the value of apartment, location is the most important. Toplace choose this location very well. I heard Castle tower shopping center will enlarge. After settlement, Toplace staff fixed and replaced cracked tile at lounge area. They were very friendly and kind. I appreciate such a service to them.
