Avoid at all costs. Customer service is very rude and incompetent. They have scripted replies when they don't deliver a package like "There was traffic and the driver couldn't make all deliveries" "The package was never loaded on the van. It is Christmas and we are busy" (Firstly 4th December is not Christmas period, secondly Christmas does not happen all of a sadden every year. Have you heard about planning ahead?)

Their notification system is rubbish. They don't give you a delivery window and you are expected to stay at home the whole day for these magic 30 seconds when the package arrives. Apparently people don't have jobs.

The crazy part is that I received the SMS "Your goods have been loaded into a Toll Vehicle for delivery today. " not once but three days in a row. Finally on the third day at 5pm we got our item.

I will make sure to never buy again from retailers using Toll

Why does it take over 30 hours for a parcel to arrive from 1 hours drive away. And after contacting the service team they can not tell me why the parcel has not been delivered or when it will be delivered.

After missed delivery for a one day shipment, that they could have left securely behind a pot, they proceed to screw up takibg it back to depot, over a long weekend, making it a 4 day shipping rather than one. It is still in the truck and has not been taken back to any depot, and is not available for pickup.

Horrible phone service. Offshore call center can’t help with anything.they read off a script and have no useful information. Every time I call I’ve been on Hold for 20 minutes or more. Absolutely useless.

Kept loosing the parcel - not once, but twice and then was made to collect it myself from their Mascot facility. Making a complaint or providing feedback is also a waste of time! Stick to Aussie Post as atleast they have a better processes when issues occur.

Absolutely disgusted. All I have after 3 phone calls and follow up is a "missed you" card and being told I spoke to a man the last time I rang, when I am certain I spoke to a lady with the same accent as the one I have just spoken to.

Bloody incompetent fools. Any other courier would be better than these neanderthals. Overnight service that takes 3 days. What a joke.

Unprofessional company
When they email to me that my parcel ready to collect at Oxfords st Newsagency.
I went there 3 time. Then I call them where is my parcel, they told me that it's still at botany! What!
Are you joking with me? Are you funny? , do you think you play the game with me?

Absolutely disgusting service. I wanted to rate it less than 1 star. Im waiting a month and 2 days currently for my phone. Ive decided to get a refund because they are just not delivering it. Shut the whole place down because clearly nothing is being done.

3 weeks my item has been sitting in this depot and they are unable to locate it. Multiple calls and emails to there customer support that get you nowhere, this courier company is useless.

Useless company.asked a simple question if their depot would be open on Saturday and kept insisting on the consignment note #. When informed I don't hv it, they just said sorry can't help.when I insisted that all I want to know if they would be opened, the person answered rudely they need to know where my parcel is and again I asked how many depot they wud hv in BOTANY and all I wanna know if they would be OPEN was I given the answer.really useless

Omg my parcel been out for delivery since 14th of june. Until now. They sent me sms tht they will come tht day but didnt show up n showed up the next day when i wasnt at home. Called the cust service 5+ times. Will not recommend in the future for my friends n family
