Delivered package to the wrong house, not once but twice. First time, the package was destroyed by the puppy on site. The package was containing medicinal supplements from my dog's vet. The puppy could have gotten very ill. The address and directions to my place were clear and bolded. The vet made them stand out even more for the 2nd package. It was still delivered to the wrong place. Toll is sending me and the vet in circles. They are not taking responsibility. They did not damage the package but it was damaged because it was delivered to the wrong house. And it was delivered there twice! I expect compensation asap!

I was at home waiting for a delivery and then got a text to say it was delivered to a pick up location. I called and enquired and was told that my address on the parcel was incomplete. I asked for redelivery and they said they could not guarrantee it so I sent a carer to pick it up in a taxi as I am disabled.

My address was on the package TWICE so there was absolutely no reason for the driver not to be able to deliver it. I told TOLL that I wanted to be refunded for the taxi fares there and back and they agreed. They sent me a form to sign so I signed it and sent it back. Then they said they needed proof of my bank account for auditing purposes. I reminded them that I am disabled and that I am unable to get to the bank for a letter with the bank's name and my account number on it. I ended up sending them a screen shot from my banking app to show the details they asked for.

I have not received a reply or a refund. This entire debacle has been going on for about a month now. This company have no regard for the plight of other people and they do not consider how their actions affect other people's lives. I am a disabled pensioner, I cannot afford physically or financially to be running around Sydney picking up a parcel that should have been delivered to my door. I have been dealing with Betty Panselinos and at first she seemed like she wanted to help but now she is just being difficult over about $25.

DO NOT USE TOLL WHATEVER YOU DO. I've lost so much time and money picking deliveries up from their depot in the middle of nowhere because they don't even try to deliver.

Worst service! Indian call centres without a direct line to Sydney offices. Organising anything takes twice as long because call centres don’t speak directly to depot in sydney. 8 days to get a package after arriving in Sydney.

I think only people with bad experiences leave reviews here, so I’ll share my positive experience. I ordered from Noosa on Wednesday morning, it was delivered the next morning by a very friendly delivery guy.

A master class in indifference and incompetence. Let me tell you why. Started badly when the booked and paid for courier failed to show. I decided to take the time critical small package to the Sydney airport office the next day to save time. The website showed it as being open. It's not. A sign on the door redirected me to another office about 15 minutes away. The staff could member who served me could not have been more miserable if she tried. Despite having a booking confirmation and receipt she told me that there was no record of the consignment in the system. I was quoted just over $1000.00 to get a 2 kg box to Qld via air freight. Remember that a booked and confirmed courier had failed to show the day before. I went to Qantas Freight and got the time sensitive package away for a fraction of the price.

Worst delivery company. Turned up a day late so I missed it and they didn’t leave a ‘sorry I missed you’ card. Called up and requested another day, didn’t arrive. Asked to collect it from a depot, didn’t hear back from them. Call centre are just as useless

Would give 0 if i could, Website does not state they do not deliver to parcel lockers, only told me that when i contacted them due to the driver being "unable to find delivery location", now i am having to wait even longer despite paying an exorbitant amount of money to get it delivered faster, better to just get it delivered by auspost, bit longer but significantly more reliable

Every time I buy something online and get a message that Toll is in charge of the delivery I know there will be a problem. This is the worst delivery company ever. I wish businesses would stop using them. Is a nightmare for customers! Just had to drive an hour to pick up a parcel that couldn’t be left on my porch as it had to be “signed” I call the company that I made the purchase on and they said it was not true. Got there and picked up my parcel from the lockers outside, without signing or showing any ID…

Driver buzzed my bell, I opened the gate for him, but he disappeared in 1 min, didn’t find the driver, neither the parcel. But it shows delivered…. Worst post company ever….

So unbelievably incompetent. I called them for the umpteenth time about a missing package. Said I had enough and would go to the facility to pick it up myself as I needed the package urgently. Believe it or not, 30-40 minutes after hanging up the delivery man was at my door with my package. Either something fishy is going on or communication between customer service and Toll facilities is incredibly lacking.

I ordered an item late October last year from Harvey Norman. It came as a pair, and one came in no problem, the second item said it was 'delivered', i rang the courier, he argued with me and claimed it was personally delivered to me and signed? This was not possible since I was at work! Several attempts to contact toll, without a response.

Harvey Norman has contacted me saying that Toll had delivered it to me.which is now delaying a new item to be delivered.

My experience with Toll has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating I do not recommend Toll to anyone!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service. The driver lied and said that delivery was attempted. I had been at home all day and didn’t receive a single call or text - not to mention my doorbell didn’t even ring. Customer service was tragically useless. I had to call 3 times and was on hold for lengths of time trying to get in touch with someone who can tell me what was going on. This company should be shut down.

Can’t give less then 1 star. Had to prove driver did a dodgy and only delivered 1 out of 2 packages. Company made me out as been false, Luckily had cctv to prove that I was telling the truth. Company did not notify me of updates. Company did not apologise. Operators had no care just wanted to palm off the problem. They spent all the time trying to determine whether I was been honest rather than actually locating my parcel. If I knew what I purchased was to been sent by this company I would of shopped elsewhere. They have no idea what they are doing and are a disgrace. The whole experience has left me sick in the stomach. My advice to any business who want to use this company should consider how this company treats your customers.
P.s this is the second time this has happened to me when two packages were involved.

Completely and utterly incompetent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Call centre was useless, tracking was useless. Everything was useless. I urge you to not waste your time
