Very nice establishment and we spoke to James a lovely young man and the establishment was quite big and if they didn't have your size I think they put your email into their system and contact you at a later date or you could give them your mobile number and go that way a very big thank you to James that served us at Tiffany and Co

Absolutely amazing customer service, as you would expect from a Tiffany & Co.store. Unfortunately I had been handed rude customer service at the Tiffany & Co.store in Westfield. This then led me to go to the King Street store, where I met a few lovely staff members who helped me make my purchases.

Would NEVER purchase another piece of jewellery from this company! Purchased a silver ring which wasn’t worn often and it then snapped.tried to return the ring, for them to make me pay $100 in order for the repair. Customer service is horrible and inconsiderate. All jewellery wears and tears so easy, can’t even get a few weeks of wear before they look years old. Staff want nothing to do with you when you explain your disappointment. I worn everyone not to spend their money on these products!

I have bought a lot of jewellery from Tiffany, the experiences were pretty good, but this time, I'm so disappointed of one of the manager, which is a white lady around 40 years old, I cannot remember her name. But her attitude was very rude when she talked to me, I don't know if this is her regular attitude to all customers or just because I'm Asian. It was a bad experience talking with that manager, I don't think I will go back to the same store again. But those girls are pretty nice to me.

What a fantastic company and service you run provide. From the moment I entered your store, until my necklace was returned (ahead of schedule) after cleaning i have thoroughly been pleased and my expectation acceded. Thank you very much. My necklace looks as good now as it did the day it was given me 8 years ago.xx

Came here during Christmas to purchase gifts for my girlfriend. Amazing customer service especially with how busy it was. Asked a staff member to see if they had something in stock for me and ended up going ahead with purchasing it. People at the counter were also lovely and gift wrapped it too.

The guy at the door was nice. Professional staff, and the lady (Z. Afzal?) who served me was really nice and understanding, making sure I found what I needed, wrapped it up nicely and gave me two receipts (normal and a gift receipt) in those little envelopes.

Great service. I got given a tiffany beaded bracelet as a birthday present which was unfortunately too small for my wrist. They exchanged it for me with no problems. I exchanged it for a smile bracelet, which after wearing it for a week snapped in half. Once again I went to the store and the lady in aftercare department told me a thin bracelet such as the smile bracelt is not designed for everyday wear? ! However she did change it for me so I am happy with that. Then sometime later i went back to the store and got this beautiful soleste ring. Way to go Tiffany, for offering a high level of service and for looking after your customers.
