I went in to buy a birthday present. The level of service and care that I received was second to none. Highly recommend this Tiffany & Co store.
Very attentive team. The team was always attentive, wanting to help and offered refreshments.
I wanted to buy something from the online catalogue but unfortunately they did not have the stock but they confirmed it was available online so I got it there.
They reminded me that Tiffany does free polishing and a 30 day exchange should there be a Change of mine. All in all, a very happy customer!
I visited this store on Saturday and was greeted by a friendly security guard who directed me to the correct level. I was very happy with the friendly services provided by Jessica for my exchange. Was also impressed by her attention to hygiene, which is especially important at this time. Would like to commend the staff here:)
I visited the shop a while ago, yet the positive experience lasted until today. I was tended by the lady named Rosemary. She was very attentive, lovely, warm and welcoming.
She makes me very comfortable while browsing the collection. We ended up chatted for half an hour about Italian umbrellas.even though i did not end up buying on that day, but there was no hard pressure and i left with a pleasant feeling.

Great hospitality and customer service, but strange on the product design. Asked for a classic tiffany 2 heart pendant with an 18 " silver chain and was told it only comes in 16'while when it was being spoken about they spoke of both sizes. All other products come in a longer size at the same price. So if I have to get a longer chain I would need to pay extra 50$. Find this very strange. In what market would this be the case with a silver chain.

Its a disgrace that number of the 1800 numbers on your website are answered - it says the service is switched off. Terrible service for such a prestigious business.
Literally impossible to get service. I am an existing customer and need some alterations done. Have tried email, chat and phone and can not get anyone to answer me.
Style and service. Classy decor and jewellery pitched at expected prices. Inexplicably, you are so led up 3 flights of stairs to get to the jewellery counters. Not sure how staff cord with this day after day. I selected wrong colour and there was no problem at all in exchange. I will go back for sure.
Beautiful exterior and interior and the waiting rooms are a nice touch. Staff were helpful but were a bit overloaded with customers.
This store has a spectacular interior design, with 2 levels and reception for pick up located on the second floor.
I visited their branch in Hong Kong which was nowhere near as lavish at the time. I visited the Sydney store with a friend who was collecting a piece of jewellery for another friend and when we rocked up with a drink in hand, it felt like we had stepped into a James Bond set, the staff being smartly dressed in their pristine suits, presenting clients with their latest range of luxuries.
We were ushered up an elegant set of stairs to reception on the upper floor, and offered freshly brewed tea or coffee as we waited.
After leaving the store it took us a few seconds to readjust to 'normal' Sydney service. What a pleasurable shopping experience.
It's a beauitful jewellery & things etc in tiffany, & co, I bought a nice mug myself & very good service for customers for drink & sit down, you can take photos
I have generally been dazzled with the degree of detail and client experience gave. Everybody is super-useful and glad to assist you with choosing an awesome blessing. The staff is so considerate and supportive and the precious stones are generally so brilliantly sparkly.
Had a lovely experience at this beautiful Tiffany store and bought a necklace with the help from Manroop a lovely young lady who was so nice and friendly
Brought the wedding band ring (Soleste) 4 months ago, it costs $3550. One of diamonds was missing from the ring (in such short period of time)! The clasps that hold the diamond are not damaged in any way and it is a plantium ring. Absolutely devasted not the cost of the ring by more of the sentimental value.
The customer service is poor too, it’s been a week, no email follow up with the repair. I would never buy any product from Tiffany again.
Went to Tiffany’s in the Westfield today horrible service - was told to go to King Street for a round diamond pave engagement ring to match the wedding band and was told “we have sold out” how do two Tiffany stores not have diamond rings? !
Walked into Cartier brilliant service, polite friendly and helpful and importantly had the rings - and they now have our custom
My bracelet clip broke after 4 months. Tiffany's agreed to repair it but sent it back the wrong length bracelet - I could no longer do it up. I requested they return it to the original length and it has has now come back so large it comes off over my fingers. Nothing luxury about this.
Beautiful shiny things and great customer experience as always. A shame it's always so busy that you have to wait a while to be served!
