52The customer service is very poor! After queuing in, someone asked me to sit down, but after waiting around 15 minutes, I almost feel left out. The salesperson's arrogant attitude made me uncomfortable. I walked over and asked them, and they knew I existed.
Fabulous customer service! Online and in person Tiffany's & Co is always so helpful. I just arranged to have some of my favourite pieces polished and what a delightful experience. The staff are so full of knowledge and friendly.
Poor customer service ever! The salesperson’s arrogant attitude made us feel uncomfortable, and we were disappointed that we were not provided with suitable ring sizes during the fitting process. Instead, we were only allowed to try on different styles.
Not a positive shopping experience. Very snobby. Would reconsider purchasing from Sydney city store. We had a much more positive experience in WA.

In sydney i found 3 Tiffany stores and chose this one, in the city center. I want a specific ring for my wife. The store is located on the corner so it is easy to see, and there are also many shoppers on the ground floor. I went upstairs and met Melissa Cowee, she was very enthusiastic and helpful. I was invited into a private room with tea, coffee, champagne.to wait for the ordering and payment procedures. I finally found the ring I wanted and left happy. My trip to Sydney was very joyful because the first day was happy. Thank you Melissa and Tiffany at Pit street.
The only Tiffany’s I have been to that requires an appointment to have my ring cleaned with no bookings a few days out. Ridiculous!
How can I explain Tiffany and co The professionalism how they take their time and talk to you about the diamond even if you’re in there just to talk to them don’t make the effort to talk to you
New building corner of pitt st. Still very luxurious and staff is helpful. A bit of slow process even the store doesnt have many people in but kind of understand we were patience. Lady who helped me with the purchased must be new but she's nice and apologetic.
Expensive jewellery company provides very bad delivery service, after paid they didn’t care did you receive a jewellery or not and only provide a ridiculous tracking web page. Didn’t send the item that purchased to your address that where I requested. When you go to the tracking web page only written down that I need to pick up at the suburbs that where I live in but not which shop or store I should go and within 5 days period to pick up. Expectations of the customers capable to have magic and responsibility of everything. Even I sent out lots of email enquires but no reply. Until I rang up the customer service and all she told me is she doesn’t know, shouldn’t be and nothing to do with the company. Very responsible! Finally after I asked then she provided the address to pick up and she told me can’t delivery to me as No service. Pick up the $2350 jewellery at the New agency. Can you believe that the company requested. And why initial the Tiffany and co web page let the customer know they don’t have delivery instead.
Went in alone a couple of months ago whilst dressed in activewear (I was mid-run and decided to just pop in and look at wedding bands seeing as I was already passing by). Sales assistant was condescending and kept showing me the cheapest rings. From her condescending tone and the way she acted a bit "surprised" when I asked to look at one of the more expensive rings - she kept reminding me "this one is much more expensive, each diamond comes with its own certificate" - I got the impression that she thought I couldn't afford the rings. I'm a lawyer and my fiance is a doctor so we're not exactly struggling financially. Extremely bad vibes.
I went to buy myself a gift for a major milestone and received such lovely and personal service. I walked out with some beautiful earrings and feeling very special. A delightful experience.
Fantastic customer service. They are friendly and professional. Upstairs you get exceptional service for cleaning. They cleaned my engagement ring and wedding band on the spot and I left my bracelets overnight as they take 24 hours to clean. Once your jewellery is cleaned it comes up like new and is nice and sparkly. I love visiting the Tiffany store as it’s a positive experience and they make you feel special. The store is located on the corner of Pitt Street right near Pitt St Mall.

Absolutely impressed by the customer service at this store. Staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. At Xmas I took my wife’s cuff in for a service after many years of wear and the results were amazing (see photo).
For Mother’s Day, I thought I would complement my wife’s ‘T’ collection with some earrings. Unfortunately they didn’t really achieve the result I was hoping so today returned them. Absolutely no issue at all. The team were as professional as always and immediately refunded the purchase. This has been a great example of what a good customer experience looks like.

My first visit to a physical store, the person at the entrance wearing a suit assumed I was after silver jewelry and pointed me towards stairs for the first floor. Profiling customers without actually understanding their needs is low standard. Was after rose gold for wife's 30th birthday, and yes it was located on first floor but it's key to understanding the needs correctly. Proceeded to order products online on may 10 and yet to receive it - currently on 5th business day, poor comms on order progress. Call wait times are significant.
Amazing service from all the staff especially Janice who was very helpful and gave her opinion which helped me make an informed decision.
It's located across from Sydney cbd Chanel store, and there are luxury brand stores nearby, so it's good for luxury brand shopping.
The staff provide a really sweet and bright service, and a variety of jewels are on hand.
