A great selection of phone and accessories, I keep coming back. So far I've purchased maybe 10 phones and a couple of headsets for our ever expanding business. The phones are fairly easy to program, if you're a bit tech savvy.

Very impressed with the simplicity of ordering and the speed with which my order was fulfilled too. Will definitely be using these guys again

There was an issue with one of my purchases that was fixed up by Meghan so quickly, she could see my frustration and worked with me on a resolution that kept me happy. Was very impressed by the flexibility of telecom!

I purchased three headsets for my family. I started with an online chat, then a phone call, and ended up with an invoice being emailed to me - the whole process taking less than 30 minutes. The headsets (Jabra) arrived quickly and well packed. I had trouble with one headset and the Team helped me coorinate a replacement without fuss. Good prices, knowledgeable staff and a commitment to getting this right. Thank you.

I had an utterly disappointing experience with The Telecom Shop. Five weeks after I placed my original order it became clear they were not able to deliver the ordered headset and I requested a refund. It took a further 3 weeks for the money for the undelivered headset to be returned to my account. In response to this review they were good enough to also refund the remainder of my order. I do hope they are able to be more forthright about their stock availability in the future.

After saying they had stock on there website and gone through the order process i get a email asking for pictures of credit cards and drivers licence seems dodgy then when i question them about it on the phone they replied with we have no stock available for your order

Bought an ALLOY AS2024-P 24 Port Unmanaged Fast Ethernet 802.3at PoE Switch 2 months ago - delivery was excellent and very quick - product as advertised and best price on net I could find - will be shopping here again

Just received my order that I placed on Sunday afternoon. Great fast reliable service and no issues with the product. Jabra Evolve2 65.

I purchased a Jabra Evolve 65 MS Stereo Wireless Headset and this was the first time that I've purchased from The Telecom Shop.
Firstly, an excellent product. I take Zoom and Skypes calls via the Bluetooth dongle connected to my PC. At the same time, I'm connected to my phone and make and takes calls without having to switch the connection.

I placed the order late on Friday afternoon. Express. I emailed to see if an ETA was available and was advised that it would be shipped on Monday and would arrive on Wednesday (fair enough that Express is two days during COVID). Indeed my delivery arrived on Tuesday morning.

Thank you The Telecom Shop. My experience is 10 out 10.
I'll be back.

Tried to order twice and both times items were mis-advertised as being in stock when they weren’t, only to wait weeks and end up cancelling. Don’t recommend wasting your time.

I ordered headphones beginning of April which showed 'in stock' after 2weeks still did not have but after chasing was advised they were on backorder. JP chased them up for me & was able to advise an estimated delivery timeframe. When I finally received the headphones they worked really well but after 2weeks then I couldn't hear anything. JP advised me to request a replacement set which arrived within 3days. They are working perfectly.

I ordered a headset and it turned out out of stock. However, their reps were helpful and replaced the ordered item with a similar product at the same price. The process took a long time though. I give them 4 stars.

After having to replace my headset to Plantronics, I accidentally also returned the cord that came with it. Whilst they returned the cord, it was missing a vital extension that allowed me to answer the phone away from my desk. I contacted Telecom on their live chat and was met with a very speedy and helpful response. Danny emailed me a picture of the cord he thought I meant to confirm and then sent it out at no charge! Great customer service, would definitely re order from this shop again.

Meghan and the Telecom shop has been nothing but norhing but perfection! Extremely knowledgeable company!
I can't fault the customer service/patients that was provied to me by Meghan and the Telecom shop.

Awesome service. Meghan provided amazing customer service to me when purchasing a VOIP phone to use with my Telstra NBN home setup for a home office phone. It was very pleasing to talk with someone who really knows their stuff and who was happy to share her product knowledge to find the right solution for me. Very efficient and responsive too. A very pleasant experience all round.

These guys are absolute champions. They have gone above and beyond their way to help us out in any troublesome situation. I would give them seven stars if I could. Highly recommend to anyone needing a decent suppler of telecom equipment and services.
