It was easy to order online, and the Jabra headphones arrived quickly. They are a great product, and I couldn't find them in-store. Tried other headsets that were just hopeless, before I found these. Whole process was seamless.

This is the third time that I have purchased IT and phone equipment (2 x trackball mouse and 1 wireless headset) from The Telecom Shop. The prices were more than reasonable and I have not had any problems with my purchases. I was more surprised to have received it through the post in 1 day! Thank you. I will definitely contact you if I have any problems or for future purchases.

They would have been great if goods were sent to my address. There were delays having sent my parcel to the wrong people. Finally I get it days later and it’s only partial and missing the rest. My attempt in trying to track it down had been ‘I can’t tell you where it is when it’s coming. This happens. It’s been busy. ’

Still trying to track where my other stuff went. It’s been really frustrating. I’ve asked for refund at least for express post I paid extra to ensure early delivery. But haven’t heard back.

Update * the phone arrived a week later but it wasn't a phone that supported the headset I purchased, which is absurd as the two were sold together. They just offered to refund the phone if I returned it. I sent it back and they never refunded the money for the phone nor the postage fee spent to return the phone.

I've regularly used The Telecom Shop as my preferred supplier across a range of business roles. They are always prompt to respond to queries, assist in sourcing extra stock if needed and have highly competitive prices. No other business comes close to their service and value for money in my experience.

So after posting my scathing review they sent my item via Tnt and it arrived today. I have no idea why they made me post the review before they sent it seems crazy to me. The asked me to edit my review and this is the edit. I hope they learn from this as consumers now have a voice.
Maybe not a complete scam it might just be incompetence

After a month of waiting for my item I am now convinced that the Telecom shop is nothing but a scam, do not give them any money people, I did and have nothing to show for it but lies. The first con note number was that showed it was delivered was for a totally different name and address now I just received another con note number that said it was sent about a week ago.

I’ve purchased numerous items from The Telecom shop over time and they have always been consistent with ease of purchase to very prompt delivery and competitive priceing. They are great and the staff are very helpful.
1 of my purchased item’s developed a manufacturing issue on one occasion after a month had passed. However it was no problem at all for the Telecom shop to organise a replacement with the manufacturer which was sent in due course after all the manufacturers requirements were met, The telecom shop followed the problem all the way through…good on you guys as this sort of thing is the difference between a great supplier and a not so good supplier. I rarely bother leaving reviews but now feel obliged given how quick the shipping was. I ordered late afternoon yesterday (Easter Monday so public holiday) and just took the standard shipping option but received it before lunch time today. Unreal.

Service was excellent and delivery was quick. They also called a few days later to check that we received our order and asked if there were any issues.
When purchasing our Headsets they help with everything.

Ordered the Jabra Evolve2 65 headset - smoothly swaps between devices, good sound, and comfortable. It has an air cushion top bar and mutes when you raise the microphone. The Telecom Shop was well priced and the product arrived promptly. Can recommend.
