3 and a half weeks no contact by company! I made 3 phone calls to them weekly to find out information. SERVICE SO BAD I CANCELLED ORDER AND BROUGHT LOCALLY!

This company lists cheap deals on high-end products. These products are not actually stocked by them and are ordered (back ordered) accordingly, and the buyer sits in the dark with no product actually being on it’s way promptly. Definitely avoid dealing here.

What I ordered was out of stock, the team kept me informed and it arrived not long after. I've always purchased from this supplier and have found them absolutely awesome. So I would totally recommend them.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No response from them regarding dispatch. Email to support went unanswered. Finally called them and the product is out of stock with no ETA despite their website indicating it's in stock. Requested alternate item and stressed urgency - customer service didn't bother telling the warehouse and item will now arrive too late.

Unfortunate I had to tick a star coz of the requirement to put a review. Poor service from these guys they advertise stock which they don’t have. After buying um still waiting as there is no stock. I could have gone with other sellers. Never again! ’

My experience with The Telecom Shop could not have been better. When browsing for an item I wanted on Google, I found it on their website in stock and at a good price. I put a question about it to their online chat person, who replied with good clear information reassuring me that the product would suit my laptop. Ordering was easy and they dispatched my purchase very quickly. I was able to track it and it arrived in very good time. The product works well for charging a number of devices at home, and will also be great for traveling (as it has different international plugs). I found the Telecom Shop a great business to deal with all round.

Bought a Jabra wireless headset to work from home, in 2020, love it works well, arrived quickly and was easy to order online and reasonably priced. Great headset Have had to order new cushions for my headset, they fit well and arrived quickly. I am very impressed with the Telecom shop.

I purchased some Sennheiser ear pads to replace the ones that had fallen apart. The Telecom Shop were great. These were delivered very quickly and were exactly what I needed.

I was initially unhappy with my purchase when I received an email informing me that the item was out of stock and that I had to wait for a month without the option of a refund. I felt this was unfair and inconvenient. However, the seller soon contacted me again. They said they had found the item and shipped it to me promptly. They were friendly and professional throughout the process and the delivery was fast and smooth. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and I am satisfied with the product.

Purchased an extra large tv bracket the quality was excellent and l know because I’ve been involved with telephone conference installations and the unit was probably better than high end price units that l had to install.

I ordered a phone after hours five days before Christmas as my last phone had died. Website was easy to use and I expected the phone to arrive sometime in the new year. Not so! It arrived two days after my evening order. From interstate. Exactly what I ordered and works fine. I wish it was always so easy.

I work for a business that urgently needed a projector screen for a workshop later in the week. I ordered the screen on a Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday - well in time for Friday!
