I was served by a beautiful lady named Maria, she ran through every little detail when buying a bed a total expert I must say. She worked out a great package for us with a great price and went above and beyond to organise us a delivery on the day we needed to move in which was a 2 day delivery window. This is buy far the best customer service I have received in all my life. I am very happy as she made our worries and stress in buying a bed easy. Went to the store last week to buy a bunk bed for our kids. The service was outstanding. Fast, friendly & informative. The bed was delivered today & its fantastic! Super sturdy & looks lovely. Couldnt ask for better from this store.

I Just received my bed from the delivery boys not sure of their names, they called to confirm the time they would be here and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very friendly. I highly recommend.

Excellent value for money, topped with the fact that the furniture is very easy to assemble and has a solid structure!

Pros:
- Joe was very helpful in selecting the bed and frame.

- Had to pay for delivery even though we spend over $1500.
- Had to for few days for delivery since the frames were not in stock at the store.

Will sell u chinese made n they dont have anything on stock. U order n wait. Basically a catalogue store. Our item had marks we returned n got a refund. Then we bought elsewhere.

We bought a King Koil Mattress just over a month ago from the Auburn store. We were really happy with the service. Our saleswoman was helpful, informative and not in any way pushy. Also, when an incident occurred during delivery, she responded quickly and made sure that the issue was resolved. We would highly recommend buying from this store. And, we are very happy with our new mattress!

Visited Sleeping Giant because they had great prices on beds. Received great service in store from someone who knew what they were talking about. Bought a bed which was delivered within days.

The good part: prices are OK.sort of 'everything is always on sale'. But we would recommend to compare with other stores - you wouldn't find much difference in between discounted price from "The big mattress" / "My furniture store" and normal price from other stores ;)

The BAD part:
1. Terrible with delivery time frames. While in other store you will get, things ordered and delivered within few days, 'the big mattress' will deliver in a month (s). If you OK to wait, then it might be minor issue.
2. Customer focus.didn't find any ;)
On delivery, we reported about the issues (wrong product with missing parts), received a call from management - the guy who was calling us was very rude and shameless. He didn't want to listen anything just replied that we will not get anything from what we received.

3. The management is cheating on clients, making foolish statements and refuse to admit anything they do wrong.

General feedback: if that's the only place for you to shop then be very cautious with these guys, check other suppliers when you have a choice

Worst service. They don't fulfil their delivery promise dates. Later would call back after couple of days that stock is not available and would ask us to wait for a month or take a refund. It's not fun to wait as we shop to get the product immediately

The worst service ever, delivery guy didn't turned up, when called he said no one was at home (but we were), when complained to the shop everyone jumped to blame us saying delivery guy was there but no one was at home which is complete rubbish. No apologies, nothing. When I wanted to cancel the order I was told that I would loose 20% which is ridiculous. Don't go there there is many friendly shops for broom furniture where you can shop hassle free. Never ever again Sleeping Giant

Avoid this place. Last place to go. I ordered gaslift bed which was delivered in two different deliveries as they forgot half of the boxes first time. In the end delivered two diffrent colors. Called the auburn store but staff was very rude. Not helpful at all and very humiliting. She hang up the phone.now hoping to get it exchange by next week.

Rude Lady Staff, drove all the way from Hurstville, the lady on her advance age should retire as she seems to be tired of her job. I came today, 10: 00,3/16/17 to check if they have the Trundle for the 2 beds that I purchased last year. When I approached her while she's on front of the computer to ask if they have the trundle, she just pointed to me where the trundle is and when I asked her to show it to me, she became cranky while explaining to me the details of the trundle.she should not be doing retail job as she's the rudest person i ever met in Australia!
