It is hard to come by these days excellent customer service. This is the best store in Australia for bedding and other stores should learn from this brilliant team of people

This our 2nd time purchasing from the store. Both times were served by Maria and Joe. Lovely people with lots of knowledge and helped me made the right decision within our budget. We were advised our bed is made to order so delivery will take up to 10 working days with a phone call the day prior delivery and the driver to call 2 hours prior delivery on the day. Thank you!

I went this store to buy my first ever mattress. I found this store to be well organized and tidy. The kind lady showed me exactly what I need and ordered an extra firm mattress from Art&Science. It was delivered on 22nd April and the delivery was seamless. I have been sleeping on the same mattress since past three days and I am totally happy and satisfied using it.

I went again to the store to book a queen bed and the met the kindest man gave me a 30% discount even if the mattress was cheaper than the bed. (:) I do require the under-bed storage also and he booked the same also without taking the booking fee as the order might take longer to reach. He said that SG will contact me once it is available and then only I need to pay during delivery. (: D)

There's a reason that it takes a while to get serviced here - unlike the opposition in the megamall, these guys are busy selling beds! Great range and quality with good prices. Special shout out to Sean - really did us a solid with impeccable customer service. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been buying beds from Sleeping Giant Auburn for over 10 years. Even though I am usually an online shopper I prefer to shop in person here to get accurate advice on delivery times. It’s also worth mentioning I got a cheaper price than the online price without asking. Thanks Sean!

Bought my sons first 'big boy' bed in Oct, upon opening, the item received was damaged. The exchange was supposed to take 2-3 weeks as they had to source from a store in another state. Thought this was weird, but i waited patiently. Called on week three to confirm the delivery date/time, no one knew what I was talking about. "We will investigate and call you back" they said. Didn't receive a call back. Chased the warranty team again, they said they will call me back. Surprise, they didn't call. I sent an email to the store and warranty people, and called a fourth time. By the fifth call between the warrant team, they sourced another bed from a local store and it would be delivered in 2 weeks.
True to form, they called me today (the day before delivery was to take place) and told me there was a "mishap" and there never was a replacement bed.
I asked for an immediate refund which will be 2-3 or maybe 5 business days. What they don't mention, the refund will take place after they collect the old bedroom suite. Seems funny they take your payment within seconds of you swiping your card, but cant press a button at their end to give your money back.
I asked if the drivers originally scheduled to drop off the replacement would come and take the entire suite away. Seems a fair question, but no, I would have to wait another week. I gave them the option to collect as scheduled or collect from the footpath at their convenience. Sure enough, the drivers mysteriously became available for the same date/time.
My son has been without a bed for almost two months, either sleeping on the mattress or sleeping in our bed which has been fun for my wife and I not to sleep ourselves. We are creeping up to Christmas, I called around some other bed stores and delivery is booked up until the New Year or fast running out.
They promise the world to get your money, but can only offer apologies in return.

Today we visited this store to buy a mattresses and beds and was amazed in the service provided by Maria and her team. Lovely team providing excellent options on the different items we were looking for which made it so easy for us to decide and purchase what we needed. Just bought the Gold + Balance and Comfort mattress. It feels very luxurious and I love the bamboo cover. With strong side support and the pillow top, I hardly notice when my partner moves. Best money I’ve ever spent. Highly recommend the team at The Sleeping Giant - Auburn. Especially Maria and Joe. Thank you for all your help

I bought a bunk bed for my kids from their auburn store. MARIA was the sales person. She helped me to choose the bed and also the mattresses. She asked me the kids age and suggested the mattresses and it was perfect for the kids. She workout the price and and it was a nice deal.
I have to mention of another person, she is KAYCE. I bought everything and came home and realised that it would be very tuff for me to get rid of the old mattresses. So I called the store and KAYCE answered the call and she patiently listened to me and organised the mattress removal.
I suppose to get rid of two mattresses but only done one. So I called the store again and Maria organised store credit for me.
One more thing I have to say that is about the delivery guys. They didn’t block the driveway, was very quick, well behaved and PROFESSIONAL.
In short, good product, experienced sales person, quick and on time delivery with professional people that what you will get from the store.
Don’t know about others but they got A VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Thank you MARIA and KAYCE.

Amazing customer service! I bought a mattress here and Joe and his wife were very thorough when it came to explaining all the different products. I am as indecisive as they come but they were so accomodating so I went home a happy customer. They even kept my friend entertained!

Maria is awesome. She is calm and knowledgeable and will help you navigate your bedding purchases with ease. She follows up issues and was particularly helpful when the delivery guys caused damage when taking stuff upstairs. This is the test of good customer service, responding to real issues. Maria should teach a master class is customer care. I have to add Joe is a great guy too.
