Was testing out mattresses. Initially approached by Joe asking if I needed assistance. I refused and he left me alone not trying to force any sales down my throat (unlike some of the other stores around). After leaving then returning to the store, Joe welcomed me back. Asked for some assistance and he was very attentive and helpful providing me with multiple options. Great customer service!
Shop also had good sales on with a variety of mattresses. Also readily available. Could however use with more delivery days.

Maria and Sean were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. They were patient and didn’t push us to purchase anything that we didn’t want (which is what we found happening in other stores in the centre). Highly recommend.

Incredible customer service by Joe and Maria, they have been in the mattress business for many years and know the products extremely well. Sleeping Giant has a large variety of different mattresses and it was easy to find a mattress within my budget.

Great customer service and knowledge of their product. We went to quite a few other bedding places before this and we felt they didn’t have what we wanted or just wanted to sell us something that was expensive but wasn’t right for us. Sleeping Giant are so much better and Maria was really knowledgeable, respectful and patient. She knew exactly the type of mattress we needed, but invited us to try the others anyway. A few months later and I believe we couldn’t have made a better purchase. Thanks!

Easy dealings today. Walked in looking for 3 items, was led to those. Offered some alternatives without pushiness. Stock checked, purchased, delivery and assembly sorted for 2 days time. Good price. Good service from Joe

I like the furniture BUT they need to offer more variety for children's bedroom furniture. There's only ever limited styles. Whilst their furniture is good quality, I would like something a little more unique. Great customer service when the shop is not full.

I have so far spent almost 4k in the last 14 months with sleeping giant because I was extremely happy with my first purchase and the service provided. I placed my second order with them this year and I can't even express the sheer disappointment with the delivery teams and customer service folks.

My delivery was booked on 30th april for 2: 1 - 4: 15 pm. Delivery guy calls in at 5: 30pm and says he can't deliver. I get message from sleeping giant that my stuff has been delivered and rate the services. I reach out to customer service team, they said they dont know but will try to help and locate the stuff.eventually they find the truck and got the delivery back to warehouse for Quality check. Again, i am not informed on what is happening! Then i call the team again to understand where my stuff is and they again see its delivered! Oh wait, yes its not delivered and they will help to send it to me on 09th May in the morning.

2 guys come in the morning, they are all unhappy, pushed my new mattress on the apartment common area where it had just rained. Messed up my entrance, peeled the paint off my wall and to top it up, left all the cardboard boxes in the common apartment disposal area.

I have paid fine for the reckless service of their 3rd party delivery team, I have cleaned up the garbage after they left all thermocol bits outside my door. The guys said - you have vaccumn - do it as we need to rush for the other delivery.this is not the end, i had equal pain from their customer service who clearly asked me to speak with the driver and ask him to pay the fine and they have nothing to do with it.

I am extremely disappointed!

Joe is very friendly & helpful with the buying process. We bought a king single bunk bed during the sale period and requested the store to hold it until we move to a new address. I would definately recommend Sleeping Giant Auburn due to great customer service & built quality of their products.
