Came to the clinic to get my pigmentation removed with my heart set on getting a rather aggressive laser treatment done. I'm so thankful that Kodi looked out for my skin and recommended me a different and more gentle approach, even though the aggressive laser was a more expensive treatment, his expert advise really made me feel like i could trust him with my face and that this is a clinic that really cares about their patients best interest! Can't wait to see my results in the coming months:)

I had the Manse Glow Treatment at the Manse in Paddington. The team were awesome - professional, knowledgeable & welcoming. My skin immediately post treatment was less inflamed and significantly improved. Can't wait to go back and see the results after multiple treatments! 5 stars!

My experience with The Manse and the treatment provided by Dr Toshi was exemplary. I am a big believer in knowing as much about any procedure I plan on having before going ahead with the procedure. The Manse website was great in this regard as it gave me great information on the procedure I was interested in (removal of moles/facial lesions) before I even attended my consultation, this was backed up by Dr Toshi's excellent explanation of the procedure, the expected outcomes, any possible complications, aftercare required etc. But that was just the tip of the iceberg for my experience, everyone I dealt with at The Manse from the receptionist I initially spoke to when making my appointment through to Dr Toshi during my consultation was warm, friendly and welcoming and I immediately felt at ease and confident that I was receiving the very best of care. I can not recommend The Manse and Dr Toshi highly enough.

There are too many cosmetic clinics in Sydney but The manse is the best clinic and the best cosmetic team. You will feel welcome, very professional, best quality product and good prices. Doctor Toshi is my favourite doctor.

I had an appointment back in March 2018 for lip filler, immediately after the appointment I raised my concerns about the result and was told "it's just swelling".
The "swelling" didn't go away and I was left with 3 large lumps in my top lip. I didn't want to go back and dissolve or make a complaint as I'd have my lips dissolved previously and didn't want to go through the experience again, and was also made aware that the doctor who did it was no longer working there.
I decided to wait it out and let the filler dissipate naturally, however after awhile I developed a large divet/filler deficit on one side of my lip.
I then returned in December after roughly 18 months, and asked if I could just have the divet/filler deficit filled, even if it meant only using a small amount of the full ML paid for (I didn't want them any bigger).
The attached photo is now the result (taken two weeks after once swelling had subsided). I wrote in two complaints, and have been for two reviews, and at this point the only compensation I've been offered is a referral to a plastic surgeon because my lips are "beyond repair" (their words, not mine).
I was under the impression that I was booked in today to have them dissolved for no charge, however even after requesting this twice, the treatment was still not done. I asked that if they can't dissolve and I'm stuck looking like this, could I please have a refund (as I've now currently spent $1500 on this mess), and I was told no, as their policy doesn't allow refunds.
I cannot even express how frustrated, upset and angry I am with this entire experience. You would think that with the large social media following and above market prices they charge that the results would be mirrored, but instead I'm stuck with a basically deformed top lip and no feasible fix or help.

I had my procedure done with Dr Toshi, he made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and made sure he took his time to explain everything to me beforehand. It’s been two weeks since then and I’m loving the results and definitely looking forward for my next treatment in a few weeks! I would highly recommend The Manse Clinic!

First ever filler appt exceeded my expectations. Booked in with Dr Toshi and told him to do whatever he thought was best/needed for my face since I saw his work on instagram and trusted him, SO glad I did that because the results were better than I imagined and my lips looked perfect my family couldn't tell I had gotten any 'work' done they looked so good and natural and larger witbout projection. Can't recommend The Manse enough I won't be going anywhere else, my biggest fear was to look like I had filler like other clinics do and I don't, I just look like a much prettier version of myself. So worth it.

I have seen a few derms, doctors and cosmetic practioners in the last few years. Dr Toshi is a true artist. My experience was that he delivered more than expected, yet unlike others I have consulted he does not over-promise— he just delivers the best results possible. I had subcision with good results after one treatment, and yesterday I had a filler package to rejuvenate the face and soften some scarring. I have woken this morning feeling fresh as a daisy.
