This clinic is amazing. They really care about your pain. They do everything possible to make the experience as pleasurable as possible. The service is 5 star. I can't stress how wonderful this place is. I will never go anywhere else.

I had my very first Excel laser treatment at The Manse today. I am extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I was greeted by lovely Millie and Kodi who were both so amazing! I was actually nervous as I didn’t know what to expect but it all settled as they were both welcoming and friendly.

Kodi looked after me for my treatment. He was very passionate and provided a detailed download of what the cause is for broken capillaries. He also reminded me that sunscreen is really important! Throughout the treatment, Kodi made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. He was very thorough yet gentle! Absolutely amazing!

I had an outstanding experience at The Manse and highly recommend the clinic to anyone interested. I will definitely go back for any other treatments in future! Thank you Kodi, Millie and The Manse for your exceptional and lovely service.

Update on my result: the laser treatment was great but it appear that you need to have it done a few times to see results. I still have red veins that are obvious, so I don’t think one session is enough which I was told that it would be at the time…

I had a good experience at this clinic particularly with Priscille, she was very friendly, listened properly, explained everything well and she managed to keep my nervousness away. I am happy with her work so far and I am going back for more which I am actually looking forward to!

I attended the Manse clinic as someone completely new to this space. Having just finished my first treatment, I can’t yet speak to the long term results (and will update), but literally every person I spoke to was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and generous with their time and advice. The level of professionalism, passion, and ability might make this the best value beauty treatment I’ve ever booked.

I had a new patient consult with Kodi, and we decided on a Manse glow facial potentially as part of a course. He took detailed notes of my current routine and concerns, explained every single recommendation clearly and patiently and the treatment itself was so relaxing. I felt listened to, and not at all rushed or pressured to choose a particular treatment.

Kodi followed up with an email giving detailed instructions for the next week. If you’re looking to feel supported and listened to, and work with a team that is genuinely interested in identifying your best self and making it happen, I couldn’t recommend Kodi and the Manse enough.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to give praise to Priscille especially. She is without a doubt THE lip queen. I felt very minimal pain and she enhanced my lips enough for them to be noticeable yet still natural, which is what I wanted. Not only is Priscille truly brilliant at what she does, but her kind and caring nature, and clear and knowledgeable communication really put me at ease the whole time I was there. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about getting their lips done to see Priscille, I cannot speak highly enough of her!

Kodi provided me with evidence based and thoroughly researched skin care advice. He is so talented and passionate and his enthusiasm for skin care makes you feel understood and excited to try the new products!

Dr Toshi is the best out there honestly! Very professional service, amazing advice will def recommend!

Kodi was very professional, knowledgeable, eager to help and he was passionate about beauty, skincare and general well been. He goes beyond and above and checked up on me 3 days after the treatment. Because of him I will definitely come for another treatment again.

I had one session of kybella and was left with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). Firstly, I didn't get proper aftercare instructions right away - it took several hours after the treatment for the instructions to arrive, not sure why. The Dr (not a dermatologist by the way, it can be confusing) didn't pick up on the PIH during the first review. It then got worse and then when I went back to review it, they said he was off doing lipo so I had to see another Dr. She told me the only effective solution would be to bleach my entire face - naturally, I was hesitant to do more things after something had already gone wrong, and I like my general skin colour. She gave me some tretinoin which didn't really help. She seemed very focused on limiting the clinic's liabilities and was unhelpful and uncaring. When I was finally given hydroquinoine for a spot treatment, I wasn't given the right instructions for using it (after moisturiser and wash off in the mornings). I had excessive redness even with sunscreen and a hat on. It took going to 2 dermatologists (by now we are 8 months after the kybella) to finally get a tailored hydroquinoine mix and the right aftercare instructions so that now the PIH isn't excessively red. It's also taken months of follow ups for me to receive the photos that the clinic took (I've only received one set still).

My advice - this place is a money making machine that is fine for very small, very safe procedures, but I wouldn't trust doctors that aren't specialists going forward.

Amazing menu of services and doctors have been extremely professional each visit. Have been going here for 5 years and do not trust anyone else! Highly recommend Dr Toshi!

I have had several RF microneedling treatments, and I was always very happy with the results. All therapists at the clinic are great. My last treatment was performed by Kodi. He was very professional, knowledgable with his work, and genuine. I felt very looked after. I will definitely keep coming back for maintenance.

I ve been visiting the Manse clinic for about 1 year. I ve been seeing Dr Raf for fillers and liposuction. The results were very satisfactory. He treated me nicely, I was very comfortable with the treatment. Additionally, I have done RF microneedling with Kodi and I had a good experience with the treatment. He is very knowledgable with his work and very honest. I will keep coming back to have more treatment and maintenance. Overall, the therapist that I had seen before were very professional as well. Concerning Dr Naomi, she is very friendly and gave me honest advice about the treatment that I required. It is always a pleasure to come to the Manse from the receptionist, to the therapist and to the doctors. Everyone is friendly and professional.
