Prices were quite reasonable so I made an order online for a new T5 fluorescent lamp (something not all that easy to find). Before the order was dispatched, Kailin from Admin emailed me pointing out that I might also need a new power cord since I was replacing a different model lamp. This turned out to be the case and I was able to buy the cord and have it included in the same dispatch, saving me mailing costs. Both lamp and cord arrived safely and promptly.

Purchased downlights and other items. Was initially sent the wrong downlights, but thanks to Emily C the downlights were promptly replaced and the incorrect lights returned. Great service when you need it.
