What a fabulous company to deal with. Even through all the lockdowns in Sydney they still managed to get my order out in a very timely manner. Products were exactly as I was hoping they would be. Highly recommend.

I ordered an LED strip and profile from this store on 7/10. Realised the next day I had measured short and requested to amend my order on 9/10 to be told it’s already been processed and would have to purchase another one ($200) and pay an extra $30 shipping fee, which I did on 14/10.25/10 I call to enquire about shipping ETA to be told the second order is still being processed and no ETA can be provided. Customer service, in particular Jay-Ashley provided no assistance, and hung up on me in the end.

Great product at very competitive prices. The ceiling fans were exactly as I ordered. Would highly recommend The Lighting Outlet!

We have been most impressed with both the item and the service. The outdoor led hooded spotlight was exactly what we were after and it was delivered within a few days. Comprehensive range of lighting products at very good prices. We purchased marine grade decklights and we are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and look of them. They've now been installed but are yet to be connected. They look very tidy in the deck. Turnaround time from date of purchase to receiving them was also good. Very happy with this purchase.

Use at own risk! When placing order you are told ‘Typically dispatched within 4 business days’
which is blatantly misleading. My order arrived 26 days later, the chances are I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t emailed twice with a final call threatening to cancel the order. If you use be ready to chase up. Lights arrived by the way but savings not worth the hassle and delays.

Had a need to replace a broken bed side lamp switch. Took the fitting off the lamp and searched on-line for a replacement. The lighting outlet had the item so I ordered the item and in a few days I had the replacement lamp fitting in operation. I found the Lighting outlet very efficient and professional during the whole process. Well Done!

I bought some LED light battens form The Lighting Outlet to replace old T5 in my garage. I look around online and The Lighting Outlet offer a great range at very good price. They arrived promptly and I was really happy with the purchase. I would definitely shop at The Lighting Outlet again next time when I need some new light fittings. Terrible company. Terms and Conditions changed at any time favoring the business, no consumer support whatsoever. Same products can be bough on an overseas websites multiple times cheaper and will take you same time to arrive to Australia. Not dispatched in time, no refunds available, only the store credit which ties you up to buying from the same business. Never ever again buying anything from this shop.

We recently ordered the Orb Flush Mirror Wall Lights in Medium for our new bathroom renovations. I knew what I wanted and I shopped around to find the perfect light fittings which would work in this space and at a good price. We are so happy with the beautiful style of the orb light and how well it works in this space for exceptional value for money.

I've purchased small items twice now, 2 and 3 way junction boxes, quick connect outlets etc from The Lighting Outlet and each time they have been very helpful, got my purchased off quickly and had very good quality products and the best prices I an find on-line or locally in store. The double insulated outdoor junction boxes are brilliant!

I've placed two orders for lights with this company. Both times the delivery was fast and efficient. The products were a high standard, and are now looking excellent lighting my driveway and garden at night.

Excellent quality, good fit and the textile of the lamp shade is great, plus and excellent customer service.

Beware that there is no refund policy. My order was for a house staging and is late but I can’t get a refund only a store credit. That’s $400 down the drain for me.

Quick postage and very good range of lightning- my only area of feedback would be improving the clarity of the dropdown menu bars as I accidentally ordered the wrong bulb initially.

I have bought two Yarra lanterns from lighting outlet, I was very happy with the price, unfortunately one had a defect, as soon as I notified lighting outlet, they immediately offered to replace the defected one.no bits and buts, repayment was on its way, very good company to deal with, I will deal with them again, and have no problem recommending the lighting outlet to my friends
