The fans were delivered on time installed and worked perfectly - later in the year one simply stopped working - light works not fan

I recently purchased a Hunter III LED Sensor Flood Light 2x11w 4200K in white from the Lighting Outlet. Service was prompt and the light was delivered quickly and well packaged. The light was a replacement for a flood light that no longer functioned. The basic design is similar to the previous unit and was chosen as it had a sensor and lights that could be angled independently. This was important as the block has a steep slope. The new light works extremely well and provides much brighter and more even illumination over a wider area than the old light. The only issue is that it does not have any sensitivity adjustment so it tends to pick up various types of movement more often than the previous unit.

Items arrived without proper packaging, coming out of the packaging during delivery. Also their partnered delivery company did not call or message to say items were delivered, just left them leaning against the front door where they could be stolen (3k+ worth of lights). Won’t be using this company again, recommend trying elsewhere.

Terrible service, we purchased an outdoor bollard x 2 and they were the wrong ones - we spent over $800. I emailed 3 times over the past week and then tried to ring 9 times, got put on hold and told to leave a message then got cut off every time.
It NEVER stated in the product tech specifications online that all bollards are surface mounted only as we wouldn't have purchased them. When I wrote to customer service and finally got a response - this was what I got back from Belinda:

Unfortunately, I am unable to approve your request for return.
All Bollards are surface mounted fittings, unless otherwise stated.

I am not happy at all. I have followed up but again heard nothing. We require a refund and a process of how to return them back.

Really quick service. Purchased a lamp shade and it was well packed and reached me in perfect condition. Product was exactly as described and looks great on my lamp!

Do not buy from these guys online. They will make you return at your own expense if the item doesn't suit and refuse a refund. Store credit only EVEN FOR web sales outside of the store.

This is not common for online retailers, first time I've experienced it and definitely the last time I'll shop with them.

Previously bought cheapo ones that filled with water. These festoons have so far stood the test of time. Only issue is they are soo bright. Installing a dimmer (though could easily swap out the bulbs as was kindly given 2 sets with plenty of spares)

Online Shop reasonable to follow! Order was handled correctly and arrived in country location interstate in reasonable time considering covid. The product - CLA Lighting - Razor Slimline low profile LED Batten lights were as described and worked.

Couldn’t find the lightbulb I needed anywhere until I found this shop. Super quick delivery and great customer service. Would totally recommend!

No not a competitor and a rather transparent effort on your part. There is no point contacting you as I submitted a review on your website which was suppressed. If as you claim to be above board then categorically state that you have never suppressed a customer review.

Reviews are normally for bad reviews but it’s good to recognise consistent quality when you come across it as well.

I’ve purchased from The Lighting Outlet online 2 times over the past 2 years. Nothing remarkable, but both times they have delivered the right product within the promised delivery time.

I know, what’s so hard about that. I need an odd specification and design bulb for some outdoor lights. The fact that they carry a wide range is useful. That they have accurate inventory at a time like this to meet my order of 10 units was a nice surprise.

The fittings have been brilliant with no discolouration in light.
A quality product that appeals to the owner and blends in with their surroundings. Would definitely recommend the use of this product.
