I have been dealing with these guys for about five years now - my first experience being the conversion of my bottled gas heater to natural gas and following that, annual maintenance checks. The staff are unfailingly helpful and courteous, the office/showroom is air-conditioned (a huge plus in the middle of Sydney summer) plus I earn Qantas points! What’s not to love!

We were arranging the installation of a cooktop for our tenant when we were left high-and-dry at the last minute by the manufacturer's "recommended" installer. After speaking with Jason, he was able to arrange attendance and installation for the same day. The two installers who attended were friendly, prompt, polite and did a great job at a reasonable cost. Dropped off our portable Rinnai gas heater that had suddenly stopped working in the morning & picked it up in the afternoon on the same day. Our household would not have survived very long without it in this weather. Working like brand new, thank you for your friendly prompt service.

Booked at the last minute, and managed to book a next day gas heater service. Aaron was great at clearly explaining the process, as well as showing us photos of the inside of our heater. Extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable, we will definitely use The Heater Man again.

We recently had two of our gas heaters serviced by The Heater Man. I managed to get a booking within a few days of calling and the price was fair and comparable to other companies. Aaron was our serviceman and he arrived on time and got straight to work. He made all the necessary tests to make sure the heaters (two different brands) were working safely. No hesitation in using them again or recommending them

I want to leave a review specifically commending Aaron, who was an absolute champ, he was polite and chatty and pleasant, and a total pro with the heater. He came on time with an extra twenty minute warning, and I felt like he was easy to talk to about other gas heating options. The price was no more than quoted, and he was nice to my cats. I wish every service dude was like this guy Aaron.

We bought a second hand gas heater and wanted a service. Managed to slot us in for a service, came to us, didn’t try to up sell us anything and it wasn’t a cent more than original quote. Our whole family (including the 3 under 5 kids) were home and the technician was unobstrutive and happy to say hello and goodbye ALOT of times. Highly recommend

My gas fireplace not working so I got the heater man to come out after giving them the make and model. The tech had no idea how to open the heater, after checking with the manufacturer he worked out a part was required and the retail price was given to him on that call. 4 days later I still dont have a quote, my fireplace was not cleaned and I got a bill for $290 for a tech who had no idea about my fireplace.

My heater was desperate for a service, I was told 7-10 days- OK by me, had it back in 7 and heater is working beautifully, it was a really dirty heater, had not been serviced in years- The Heater Man did a wonderful job and cost I thought was very reasonable.
