We had identified an issue during the process of servicing our heater. The matter was investigated by the Manager of the business and resolved in good faith which was much appreciated by us.

Had a fantastic experience using this company for a fireplace installation - particularly thanks to Shane who co-ordinated the job from start to finish. Shane helped guide us and gave us advice on styles of installation, came out to see our setting so he could better understand our needs. It really was problem free in so far as leaving any difficulties during the installation process to Shane to resolve. He was efficient reliable friendly and honest. A phone call to install the Rennai Infinity 26 Hot water. Aaron from Rozelle Plumbing came promptly, gave me a quote and within 2 days had sourced and installed the units. Efficient, courteous service. They cleaned up after. Would recommend them highly

We recently had Aaron come out and service our fireplace. Cant fault the entire experience from calling to book and then getting someone within a week (unlike the month the 1st place I called). Communication was excellent and the cost actually came in as per the quote which was a nice surprise. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly get them back for the next service. Quote was inaccurate and misleading. Unresponsive in actually coming back and fixing the problem after paying a high fee for inspection. Would not recommend.

The Heater man representatative was very professional and skilled. Did an excellent job repairing and doing a maintenance service on our gas heater. We have used them twice now and would highly recomend them. Cleaned up completely after he had finished as well.
