Service Call booked so easily for a check and maintenance job on
our gas/coal fireplace that hadn't been used in over a year. Aaron was on time, courteous, funny and did a fantastic job - he also explained everything I needed to know. I highly recommend Aaron and the Heater Man team.

The technician (Shane) provided a call on approach, turned up on time, resolved the issues efficiently & took the time to explain the heating systems. He also cleaned up after himself. Excellent service & value for money.

Good old fashion service. Easy to book online, Jonathon contacted me 30 minutes before he arrived. He turned up on time & did an amazing job.

So impressed with this amazing place. Incredibly professional, upfront pricing and explanation for the service of my space heaters and luckily for us, super fast turn around?

Only able to do very simple fixes (dusting and controller swap)

Our heater would not light up and I called the Heater Man. He came and did a "service" which means blow out any dust and give it a clean. Cost $230.

That did not fix it. He said maybe it needed a new controller and said he would get one with the correct "code" that matched the type of heater I had and would come back. He never returned.

I had concerns when I he arrived, as I asked what he thought was wrong.
There was no confidence in his voice, just "let's give it a service" (dust and clean). He did not really understand what the controller code was for either and probably the reason he did not return.
