I find the healthy mummy is fantastic for the variety of recipes for all meals and exercise to suit all fitness levels and ability.the smoothies are delicious and ensure I get brekkie on the run.fantastic group supporting each other without pressure to be a certain weight etc.even for those of who are older and whose kids are grown up.such a diverse and inclusive group.like a big family really.

So amazing! Alot of easy recipes to follow, and pretty cheap for what it is. I have lost 2 kgs in 1 week. Can't wait for what's to come!
