I have been using the healthy mummy for over 4 years. I lost 25 kilos and 4-5 dress sizes, 150 cms and more then halved my visceral fat in 12 months. I’ve been roughly maintaining now for over 12 months. The healthy mummy is great as it’s not a diet but a lifestyle change.

I have been using the Healthy Mummy program and app dince Jan. I'm feeling fitter and healthier everyday! It is so convenient and suits my lifestyle and the products are top quality.

I joined the Healthy Mummy 2 years ago and have been following their recipe’s, exercise’s, and using their products for that time and have lost and kept off a total of 50kg! Their recipes are so great the whole family love them, great for the budget and easy to follow along - have included a photo of our family favourite chicken and chorizo enchiladas!

I love the smoothies, so delicious and easy for a busy mum. The workouts are also fun, short and effective. Love being a part of this group.

I bought some healthy mummy shakes not expecting too much, I wasn’t getting my hopes high on the taste or texture, so I was leaving an open mind and giving it a go.
I bought the flavours chocolate and cookies and cream. The shakes are delicious! Not grainy at all like some other brands and actually does leave me feeling satisfied and curbs my cravings and hunger.
I’ve noticed it helping me lose weight and i totally put it down to the healthy mummy shakes helping me lose the last few kilos I’ve been struggling to lose

I first started with the smoothies as they were great while breastfeeding, I managed to drop all my pregnancy weight and more. The app is genuinely full of so many workouts and styles you can’t get bored. Highly recommend to mumas or even if you are not a muma just women. The healthy snacks are my fav way to get in chocolate and foods I love without feeling too guilty.

I had an issue with missed communication via email regarding my membership but it was soon rectified very quickly when someone became aware of the error. The app and shake products are great but I found myself not using it that often.
