Healthy Mummy shakes are yum and not as sweet as some of the others! I have only tried Vanilla and Butterscotch so far but will definitely be trying more

The app and social media platform support has helped me stay motivated and given me the resources to lose my pregnancy weight whilest breastfeeding. Prior to the healthy mummy all the other diets and weight loss attempts resulted in reduced milk production. This has not happened with the healthy mummy! They account for the calories needed to breastfeed which has been so helpful!

Since starting 3 months ago I have lost just over 8kgs and that’s with having a few off weeks after I got sick after my second covid jab. I have more confidence in myself and my own clothing now. I’ve gone from a size 14/16 - 12/10.
