Well, it all started with bad perception about the company, quite a few negative reviews from the previous owners (a few good, positive ones too here and there).
So, I started this journey of buying my first apartment at Schofields with little caution. However, when I visited Bathla's display units and got into contact with Ekta, she gave me a tour around and also provided some really good professional advise while addressing all my concerns and doubts I had about this company earlier. The whole experience of buying this apartment was flawless and headache-free with Ekta (which is highly unlikely with most of the builders). Ekta went above and beyond helping me to select the best unit available with great view, appliances and other internal finishes.
I highly recommend The Bathlas' Apartments to any first home buyers or investors who are really interested in apartments and looking for the value for their money. Last but not least, I sincerely thank Ekta for all her efforts she put in helping me out in this whole journey.

The ones that I bought home from were awful cause he was liar, he just wanted to sell the town house with the poor quality and they won't fix it even after. If I had a chance to go to 1 year earlier I WOULDN'T buy here.
