Me and my family recently moved into our first home. Whole process had been quite smooth. Bathla provides modern turn-key townhouses with decent appliances and very satisfactory construction quality. Any defects highlighted were swiftly rectified by Supervisor Mr. Yunish Dua and his team. They are very friendly, hard working, and dedicated professionals. He personally took special care of us during the settlement process and made sure we are fully satisfied with everything. He ensured all the minor rectification works that we requested are done to our satisfaction. He still ensures that we are being looked after well by his team. He’s one of the nicest person I’ve ever met. I would highly recommend Bathla as they do take care of you and your home.

Siddharth as site manager at The Bathla Group, that we have bought our property recently from, he is very polite, punctual, thorough and professional with his work, i am highly recommended him.

We bought a home from Bathla earlier this year and I wanted to wait for sometime before posting a review so I could live in it for a while.

Overall my experience has been very good. The fact that the first floor is built on a concrete floor is amazing because everyone else is only using timber and leads to creaking. A friend bought an Allam home nearby and I really did not like how old school the design and decor was and the floorboards upstairs constantly creaked.

In contrast our home is a lot more modern, bright, airy and with a much better open design and better finishes.

I liked the kitchen, bathrooms and the flooring and the overall build was very solid. The finishes and fittings were not the top notch luxury stuff but it all works fine and they all do their job as intended. Over time I might need to replace some things but that’s true for most homes.

Finally, the overall feel and comfort of the house is remarkably good and I am confident that the quality of the build is excellent.

I can recommend buying a Bathla home and even though I had worries, living in one for several months has convinced me that it was a good decision.

Some say "Buyer beware", I say "Bathla beware". Nearly 3 years waiting, back and forth for a defect on a new Bathla build to be fixed. Advised within 2 weeks on moving in. The Bathla solution to date, spray expanding foam into the gap and leave it.

It's only a good deal when the quality is what you expect.

We moved to our home two weeks ago and we cannot express in words how happy we are. We would like to thank Vikas firstly who listened to us carefully and provided an outstanding service by not only showing us what Bathla had available on our budget range but also by facilitating our smooth settlement into the premises and by following up any query in a very professional and expeditious manner.

This made a massive relief for us given how complex it is to find short term accommodation in Sydney nowadays between the settlement of our previous and new house. We only thank the Bathla team for our beautiful house and for the excellent team. Big shoutout to Ajit and maintenance team as well for quickly attending and fixing all the last-minute details.

Please keep building more houses as the design is very smart in taking advantage of every possible space in a sophisticated and practical way.

BATHLA are trying to destroy my friends lives. We are supporting our friends while BATHLA is NOT.
They do NOT care about my friends house purchase that was made mid 2022 & there house is complete.they only care about themselves.
Elie Elia is Bathla's head of maintenance but HE DOES NOTHING TO ASSIST LET ALONE DO ANY WORK TO COMPLETE THE FINAL SMALL THINGS ON THE JOB.

Reading all the negative comments, Bathla will reply with one of 2 mobile number contacts and an email address.well this has NOT helped my friends AT ALL!

They tried to contact Bathla to arrange settlement and Bathla never replied.
Bathla DONT even reply to their conveyancer!

My friends were advised by the sight manager that once the Head of Maintenance Elie Elia takes over, then things move fast as HE can pull tradespeople from other jobs to complete your home so you can have a occupation certificate, settlement arrangement and move in date.

Bathla have done nothing but move slower than a snail to complete the final few things!
They are spiteful company.
We are spreading to word to not put other families through this.
Instead of Bathla co-operating they are doing the complete opposite. NOTHING!

That is a lie! Bathla do not do that.
They actually do the opposite and will try to punish you from going to the house.
BEWARE. BATHLA IS DANGEROUS!

Had some issues in our brand new town house but Ajit shrestha helped us to fix it in no time. He has solved all maintances issue.

I bought a townhouse off Bathla in Acacia Gardens, that was my 1st home in Australia and therefore I had many insecurities/questions. But I must say that the process was smooth and after sale issues were dealt there and then in matter of days. Site supervisors Ajit and Yunish were always available with a crew of handymans and other skilful people to sort out any type of issue. Customer care is most important element is business and Bathla acknowledging that throughout.

Recently bought a townhouse with Bathla in Schofields. We are happy with the property and post-sales support.
The sales agent, Rohit Sharma, was really helpful thought the process from first interaction to inspection and keys handover. When we moved in Site Supervisor Ajit was of tremendous help in fixing some of the minor but important issues. He was always prompt in response and very friendly, particularly when its an off the shelve purchase and many things are noticed only once you move in.
Overall, higher ups in Bathla might not be customer friendly but ground staff compensates for that.
Tip: Get your independent house inspection done before moving in to a new property.

Ever since we bought the property from Sam (Supinder singh) and Rohit sharma, we can't thank them much for the outstanding customer service and help throughout the entire journey. They helped us in selection, buying and settling process. They genuinely helped us in the entire process which made the difference from rest of the builders/agents. Even after settlement, they helped us for the rectification of some minor issues.
