Has been a great experience buying my first property from Bathla. All the credit goes to my dear friend Ovi. Couldn’t have happened without Ovi’s help. While I was not in the market for a house, Ovi understood my key requirements and was able to guide me to the perfect property that ticked all the boxes. I was really amazed by his attention to detail and his understanding of the needs of the clients. Ovi was there to guide me through this process at every step and in the process he became more of a family to me. Highly recommended and always ask for Ovi.

Don't have just a sentence to explain. Had and still having a very bad experience with dealing with them. I would not suggest to anyone for this big construction company.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ovi Saha to purchase my first property. From Day 1, Ovi made sure to understand my requirements, and proposed properties that suit my needs. More importantly, there was no pressure to make a decision.
Ovi was extremely quick in communication, no matter the time. He also went over and above by passing me info on legislative changes, as well as gave me proper advice on what I should be looking for as a first time buyer. I should say I am extremely happy with Ovi's service, and in fact I have started recommending him to my friends too.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the bathla Group. Just want to remind everyone needs to be very very carefully to buy any property from this builder.

They push you to pay full settlement amount while the property is not ready to move in. They cancelled the pre-settlement inspection with notice on the date of inspection.

Couldn't tell how many defects for the newly built house, they will promise you that they will fix all defects after settlement. BUT the truth is its sooooo difficult to get them fix things after settlement. They can easily fix the small things such as scratch and cracks but not the main things, Gas cooktop installed non complaint, the wall of house out of level 23mm (according to the inspection report checked by professional house inspector) and they said they can't fix it. Another amazing thing is the shower room got severe leaking when it's rain time.

Please be well prepared to have headaches when you decided to buy a property from this builder.

Good company but bad management. Worked as a leading hand but was put for cleaning houses with a Broome.

Our backyard doors too tight to move, I am waiting seven months to fix it. Wasting time sending emails. Hope owner can see this review.

Bought this house a couple of years back.house leak everytime it rains.repairs were hopeless, not responding to email, not answering phone calls.looks at the tiles, it just shows the level of workmanship and supervision.absolutely disgusting

Its rare to get the opportunity to meet someone like Tarun Ahuja who is real gem of the person. Bathla Group Sales team are truly lucky to have Tarun working with them. From the day one, every-time we met and spoke to Tarun, he has listened and understand our situation. Tarun is not only genuinely interested in helping his clients/prospects but make sure to get the best possible outcome for them. We literally feel like part of his family now. Although we decided not proceed with the deal due to other personal reasons. Tarun Ahuja earns my highest recommendation and someone I'll be looking forward to meet again. Thank you!

I have purchased three properties so far with Bathla group of various segments. By far the recent land and house package at Claremont meadows is the best experience so far. We have signed the design and plans based on Rubina Syed’s expertise ideas and we are really pleased with her commitment and acumen towards the customer’s requirement. Rubina had converted the home to our dream home on paper and can’t wait to see the same on land.

Bought an apartment unit from Bathla early this year (2021). While the buyer's agent and customer service contacts are great, Bathla is not good with how the units are built and finished.

A lot of things needed repair on my unit as there were a lot of things done with a sloppy finish or not finished properly at all. Bathla is let down by its tradesmen and some building site supervisor. A sample fault was a huge crack on one of the storage cabinet shelves. A tradesman came in to fix it; and only put white tape on it to hide it. Had to report it again to have it properly fixed. Apparently, a huge part of the cabinet needed replacing; and the previous tradesman tried to just hide it and not properly replace it. Another sample was an intermittent shaking issue of the installed chandelier. Had it checked multiple times, and in the end it was found the screws attaching the chandelier on the ceiling were loose. This is to be honest very concerning, as that issue was hazardous. Another sample among a long list was the very sloppy finish of the main door. The door or door frame (one of these) are not made with proper measurements; so to comply with fire safety policies, the builder needed to put like a plastic patch halfway on the side of the door to make it compliant. If inspected, yes it is safe; but terribly sloppy finish. Another issue I haven't pursued any longer are the paint droppings on the edges of my unit's floors. It is easier to buy thinner myself to clean all the careless paint dropping on the edges of my floors which meet the walls. Pointed these out several times, but the cleaners have failed to clean it up after a couple of attempts to have them clean it properly. This also shows the sloppy finish for the paint job.

Some of Bathla's people are actually great. I note a painter called Hassan who fixed a lot of things in my unit properly after pointing out several things to their customer relationship team. The buyers agent Deepak Avasare is awesome. He listened to what I was after; presented options based from that; answered all questions very promptly with great clarity. He is also very helpful even after the apartment unit had been bought - following up customer service team; and ensuring that I am looked after. One repairs team officer, Jas, was very responsive and fast in booking repairs.

Their professional ability is POOR. Also, tell people that your team should be more understanding of the meaning of home builder. We sold our house and moved into the Stanhope Garden. As we found lots of defects. With several Emails and phone calls, they end up sending a guy come to our house to put the blue tape then left. No follow-up and plan for fixing. We then hired a home inspector for a detailed report and found numbers of non-compliance and safety issues. The sub-contractors they used were not very good lack of communication and skills. They have shown up without preparing tools or equipment. Overall numbers of poor work can be spotted around framer, drywall, paint.

As someone who also is in the realestate industry, meeting Ovi was quite a breath of fresh air. He took the time to service us, answer questions and be available at time of need, which made all the difference. Thanks for your help with everything for us.

Brett has been professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire build process, going above and beyond to get us the house the way we want it.

We moved in to our apartment just a little over a month ago and we're happy with what they have done. There were small things that needed to be fixed (minor things) and Yunish and co were very responsive, they fixed them straightaway!:)

I've updated my rating, because only the Project Manager (Yunish and his team) are the only ones acting and fixing things for us. I can't say the same to the rest of the bathla team I have had interactions with so far.

Quick update, I'm updating my rating back to 4 A number of staff members contacted me to check on my review thatI updated from 4 to 2 stars. They sorted everything and the rest of the experience has been well since so putting it back to the original number of stars I've given them!

I loved dealing with Bathala to buy property, very understanding, professional and ready to help people.
After moving into house all the small complaints handled and solved promptly.

Sales Team - Sam Singh is very much customer centric and knowledgeable. He has been very helpful throughout the sale process. Likewise Tushar Rajpal who is fairly new has been good and responsive throughout the process. (Sales rating I would give 5 stars)

Site Supervisor - Vipin - very helpful and responsive to queries (rating 5 stars)

Our home feels unreal, the team have made endless efforts to build the house from scratch using good materials. Finally, the house is completed perfectly.we have no comment but to say thank you heaps.
