I have had lower back pain for many many years, every day id suffer from aches and the more I did the more it hurt. I'm in month 3 of seeing Dr Bond and it's made a massive difference so far. More energy and less pain. I would highly recommend Dr Bond as I wouldn't be feeling the way I am now without his help.

Started seeing Dr Bond and the team because of my lower back and neck pain, which was making work and exercise very difficult. After seeing the team for a few months, i am feeling definate improvements in both areas! I would recomnend you pay the team a visit!

I initially came to the back Dr as a consultation out of curiosity, as I had an opportunity to get a consultation. I had soreness in various parts of my back, but didn't think they were anything major. It wasn't until I had a few sessions and was feeling much better that I realised the importance of these sessions, as the soreness I had been experiencing was gone as a result of these visits. Before seeing Dr Bond at The Back Doctor. I was dealing with back pain for about 16years. I felt like I tried everything, but nothing was working. I first went to the back dr because I had neck pain and back pain due to poor posture. I would often wake up in the morning with my back and neck hurting which was not fun. But since being at the back dr my neck has not hurt in a long time and neither has my back. I would definely recommend the back dr to anyone having the same issues as me cause they really do help.

Have been going to the back dr for around 1 year now and my back problems have improved significantly.
