The back doctor is a holistic approach to spinal health. They’ve helped me with exercises that stretch out my back. The fact they have an amazing massage and dry needling therapist is a bonus.

This has been the best decision I made for my own well-being. I have got my children involved in the care process and the difference in their sleep and health has been amazing. All staff are welcoming and treat you like part of the family. It's our little home away from home.

Before visiting the back dr I was experiencing pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back. This stopped me from doing many things I loved like walking my dog, getting out on the weekends and maintaining an exercise routine that was preparing me for my wedding in 2023. It also held me back at work and house cleaning. After visiting the back dr, I not only got beneficial adjustments and personalised stretching routines but learned how break bad everyday and sleeping habits. The team as a whole are amazing in their professionalism and compassion. I would recommended them to anyone and everyone.

Well, here we are. ️
There's not much I can say about this place but that it is my favourite, I get so excited on my adjustment days like it's Christmas, because I know I'll have a good week.

I sustained my lower back and neck injuries about three years a go, that resulted with loss of income because I couldn't commit to my work duties.

But after months of seen other Chiropractors, I decided to give this place a go, and I will never regret.

I'm so happy I made this decision.
The team here are amazing, friendly and approachable from Senior Chiropractors to Customer Service staff,
everything is done in an effective and professional manner, they are always ready to assist at any time with any enquiries.

What is most important thanx to Dr Oz and Dr Ben, who are doing the hard work, my body is getting better by the day, and I can now do what I love the most: exploring nature, hiking and strength training and avcourse I have no limitations at my workplace.

I'm only on my second visit but what can say is that The Back Doctor group are very professional in what they are doing, I feel that I'm not just a number they truly care about your needs regarding chiropractic.

I have had back problems all my life with scoliosis and have found everyone at The Back Dr to be extremely helpful and wanting to help me to improve my posture. They are genuinely excited with me when I reached my first report which showed improvement. They work like a well oiled machine getting everyone in and out with a minimum of fuss but always take the time to say hello and ask how I have been since the last adjustment.

I have had pain in my knee from hiking for the past 3-4 years and it has reduced significantly by getting adjusted regularly. It used to feel like my IT band was ripping my knee cap off and though going to the back dr I have found that my hip was rotated forward and that was causing problems for me.
