Atrocious service. Refuse to help. Told the old in front of me desperately wanting help that " I will not discuss this further unless you take an appointment 4 hours later. Poor old lady was in tears with frustration. Made me come back for an appointment 3 hours later and then made to wait for another hour as all the staff had gone home.

Terrible rude and arrogant service. Could not sell me what I needed and was sent from their Head office to buy as not willing to listen. Walked down to JB hi Fi and got Telstra Wifi that Telstra shop could not help me with. Just terrible.
